Shun Hua Qian Chang bridge

Hue Yuping Mountain

Hue qitai

Ancient buildings in Hue, Vietnam. It stands in front of the meridian gate of Hue Palace, behind the Wenfu Building, facing Yuping Mountain. Hue Nanjiao Altar

About 2 kilometers from Hue Railway Station, you can reach Qiannanjiao altar. This is the place where emperors used to worship heaven and earth. The altar is made of earth, three stories high, with a round top and a square middle, which means a round place. In the past, every three years, King An Nanguo went to this place to worship the heavens. The altar site in the southern suburbs was destroyed in the Vietnam War, and it is difficult to see its original appearance now. From the southern suburb altar, you can go right to Yuping Mountain, which is less than 100 meters above sea level, but it is a natural barrier of Hue, with lush pine forests and beautiful scenery.

Hue Wumen

Hue Tianmu Temple

From the city center, 6 kilometers up the Xiangjiang River, you can reach Tianmu Temple. Tianmu Temple is a famous ancient temple in Vietnam, also known as Lingmu Temple. Located in the western suburbs of Hue, on the high slope of Anning Village on the north bank of Xiangjiang River. Hue Haiyunling

To the north of Xiangang Bay stands Haiyunling, which is a transportation hub in central Vietnam. This is the natural dividing line between Guangnan-Da Nang City and Chengtian-Hue Province. Haiyun Mountain, a branch of Changshan Mountain, winds eastward from the Vietnamese border and inserts into the sea. Haiyunling is its last peak, 470 meters above sea level. The ridge is surrounded by white clouds all the year round, drifting with the wind, blending with the blue sky and the pale sea, so it is called Haiyunling. Haiyunling has lush vegetation and lush bamboo, which makes people linger. But in ancient times, the rocks and roads here were rugged and the traffic was extremely difficult. Hue Huangdi Mausoleum

After the French colonists captured Hue City, they occupied the most scenic area on the south bank of Xiangjiang River, and built various buildings to serve their rule, including the embassy building, the minister building, the Moling Hotel, Tongan Girls' School, Ding Qi School, Catholic Public School, Chengfu Prison, and the barracks office. After the American invaders entered Hue, they also built some houses and hotels in this scenic spot, the largest of which was Hue Hotel. The puppet regime of the United States named this area Lili District.
