In the interview at the beginning of the establishment of President Chao's studio, everyone sat together and discussed freely. This is the first time to participate in this form of discussion. After listening to everyone's talk about Kan Kan, I suddenly felt that my views were too shallow and I was ashamed to speak. Listen carefully to everyone's speeches, and I also compare and reflect in my mind. One of the problems I realized before was that I didn't take action, that is, I read too little, and some books can only be said to have been read. The theoretical level is so far from everyone else that I don't even have the confidence to speak. Fortunately, I was very excited and pressured to join President Chao's studio.

At the award ceremony for Master of Central Plains by President Chao, I listened to President Chao's speech on the creation of the studio, the president's speech, and Mr. Niu's report in Mr. Wang's studio. My back can't help straightening up. Although I have been standing on the podium for almost 20 years and have long teaching experience, my growth is slow. The lack of growth motivation 19 years has left me far behind. Only by taking immediate action, calming down and accumulating strength can we regain the strength of growth.

On August 8, my friends met again. First of all, we listened to Professor Sang's report "Project-based learning focuses on core literacy and deep learning", and the book "Project-based teaching" we are reading is a timely supplement to learning. What shocked me most was listening to the teachers' speeches. President Chao plans for the growth of each of us and creates opportunities and conditions for our growth. Chairman Wang Wenjun is omnipotent in calligraphy, writing and teaching. He can always grasp the key of everyone's speech. Teacher Chen, the most growing teacher in this growing university, has formed an indissoluble bond with Chinese characters in teaching. Wang Yu is the most promising teacher candidate. Her writing is so warm and charming that she likes to read what she writes. After listening to teacher Haiyan's sharing, I realized that she had published so many words, which really impressed me. Every time Miss Shirley talks about red picture books, I am fascinated. After listening to Teacher Yahweh's speech, I sincerely lamented her solid theoretical foundation and clear thinking. I especially like listening to Mr. Lian Feng. She is cheerful and interesting, and always has her own unique opinions. Lena and Xue Hui are two young teachers in our school. They are outstanding young talented women in teaching and scientific research. They are really poetic and envious.
Continue to accept the lecture on "How to write a good teaching and research paper" by Professor Li, the tutor of the School of Growth. From the formulation of the topic to the references, including some details that we have never noticed at ordinary times, she spoke in great detail and shared examples. When listening to her share, I also secretly asked myself, I am also studying in the academy. If I am asked to repeat Wu's speech, I can repeat it as perfectly as she does. Can I repeat the lecture perfectly like her and add my own experience to improve it? I am self-sufficient in poetry and books, and I need to cultivate self-confidence.

Listening again and again has activated my desire for growth. Although this year has reached the age of no doubt, although we have missed many growth nodes and time, we can't miss the opportunity to learn from famous teachers and outstanding peers this time.
President Chao has helped me analyze my own advantages and disadvantages many times, encouraged me to use my recitation skills to find the direction of professional development, read more books and write more lectures to make up for the lack of theory. These days after the activity, I have been thinking about how to develop my major: reading and compiling teaching materials, paying attention to reading guidance and research, and insisting on writing reading notes or teaching reflection.
Action is better than action. Pick up a book and a pen, talk to yourself, talk to peers, talk to famous teachers. Action promotes growth, and growth brings happiness!
