Tourist Attractions in Jinxi County

Mingjian Tianchao archway: facing south, bluestone structure, four pillars, three rooms and three floors, 6.8 meters wide, 6.2 meters high, hard top, with four characters "Mingjian Tianchao" engraved in the middle, on the right It is titled "The First Year of Hongxi" (1425). It has a simple shape, thick materials, a long history, stable structure and complete preservation. It is a rare Ming Dynasty archway that is completely preserved and has a clear chronology.

Nanzhou Gaodi Archway: It is a rare Ming Dynasty archway. It is a masterpiece integrating ancient architecture, stone carving art and calligraphy art. It is also well preserved. Nanzhou Gaodi Archway is one of the six in Ji'an City. It was selected as one of the "Top 100 New Discoveries" in the third national cultural relics census in Jiangxi Province and has been declared as the sixth batch of provincial cultural relics protection units.

Liuyun Temple: Located at the foot of Baima Peak Mountain in Huangtong Township, Jinxi County, next to the Golden Line, at the source of Baima Lake, surrounded by hillsides on three sides. There is a main hall built in the temple, with several halls for worshiping gods on both sides. There is an incense burner and a tripod in front of the hall. Landscape trees are planted on both sides of the road. A clear river passes in front of the temple gate.

Baima Peak: Located in Huangtong Township in the eastern part of Jinxi County, with an altitude of 640 meters and about 15 kilometers away from Xiugu Town, the county seat. It has convenient transportation and is adjacent to Longhu Mountain in the east and Zixi County in the south. There is Baima Lake in the northwest, and there is a temple on the top of the mountain called Baima Temple, which was built in the early Northern Song Dynasty.

Jinxi preserves as many as 31 pottery and porcelain making sites from the Song and Yuan Dynasties. The Jinxi Baoshan Gold and Silver Mine Smelting Site is one of the seventh batch of national key cultural relics protection units. There are more than 11,000 ancient buildings of the Ming and Qing Dynasties and a large number of excellent cultural heritages well preserved in Jinxi.
