history and culture travel through ancient and modern times
according to historical records, Yulin was a ghost in Shang dynasty, and the western Zhou dynasty was based on it. At the beginning of the Warring States period, it belonged to Wei, and it was placed in Shangjun. After it was returned to Qin, it was set up in Fushi County, which is located in Mijiayuanzi Beach Mountain in the south of Yulin City. Because of the Qin system, the Han Dynasty still set up Shangjun, and set Qiuci as a national city in the ancient city beach in the north of Yulin City. In the second year of Ming Hongwu, Yulin Village was built, and in the seventh year of Chenghua, it was promoted to Yulin Wei and built the Acropolis. In the ninth year of Chenghua, Yansui Town moved from Suide to Yulin, becoming one of the nine important towns, until the Qing Dynasty. Wu Ding of Shang Dynasty, Qin Shihuang, Emperor Wudi of Han Dynasty, Emperor Zhengde of Mingwuzong and Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty visited Yulin to patrol the border, among which Emperor Zhengde of Mingwuzong lived in Yulin for three months. The ancient city of Yulin has a long history, leaving a relic of civilization everywhere, and also accumulating profound national war culture, military border defense culture and border business culture of Mongolian and Han nationalities.
The architectural art is wonderful.
"The south tower is an ancient city in Taichung, and the sixth floor is famous for riding the street", which is an image description of the traditional architectural layout in Yulin City. The quadrangles in the Ming and Qing Dynasties on both sides of its street are an important part of the ancient city, and they are the historical products that best represent Yulin folk culture and reflect the ancient cultural life in the fortress. The reason why Yulin is known as "Little Beijing" is inseparable from these scattered quadrangles, which are the "protagonists" and the "soul" of this ancient city. When you walk in a courtyard with long streets and short lanes, high walls and low eaves, and look at the wide courtyard, realistic stone drums and lions, carved pillars and elegant eaves, you will be deeply intoxicated. In addition, there are a large number of unique ancient buildings scattered here, such as the well-preserved ancient city, Daixing Temple and Xianglu Temple, which are antique and unforgettable.
The loess culture is simple and thick
Facing the ancient Yellow River and the thick and long loess high slope, with the drums beating from the Yellow River water, the younger generation here tied up white sheep belly towels and danced heartily on the big stage of the loess high slope. They sang their feelings about life in a clear, resolute and vicissitudes voice, and after the agitation of the hilly loess slopes, they became depressed and frustrated folk songs in northern Shaanxi. In Yulin, many people will sing a high-pitched and touching trip to heaven and step on colorful northern Shaanxi yangko. Paper-cutting and painting here also show a strong loess atmosphere, with rough lines and simple shapes, just like those simple Yulin people who are full of vitality, facing the loess with a humble attitude.
Red culture is as rare as the Milky Way
Yulin is an old revolutionary base area, and the first Party organization in Shaanxi was established during the Great Revolution. In October 1927, the Qingjian Uprising started the first shot of the northwest armed revolution. In April 1928, the first party congress in northern Shaanxi was held in Nanfengzhai, Zizhou; During the War of Liberation, Chairman Mao fought and lived in 34 villages in 8 counties for 1 year and 6 days ... Yulin, as the birthplace of the revolution in northern Shaanxi, the foothold of the Red Army's Long March, the base of the Eighth Route Army's Anti-Japanese War and the turning point of the Liberation War, has made great contributions to the China revolution and has a special position in the history of China revolution. Here, looking at the footprints of our ancestors' bloody struggle, those epic years are implicated, and what you feel is the passionate life and a spirit of struggle for the ideal.
