Can in-service teachers offer calligraphy training classes?

Legal analysis: It is illegal for in-service teachers to hold calligraphy training classes, and teachers at school can't do paid tutoring, which is not in line with teachers' professional ethics. Schools or teachers who violate the provisions of the Education Law and the Teachers Law in the compulsory education stage shall be punished in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Education Law and the Teachers Law.
