How to write running script:
First of all, we must understand the characteristics of running script, that is, running script is a flowing regular script, and its basic strokes reflect this feature. Therefore, through basic stroke training, we gradually master the essentials of running script and lay the foundation for writing good running script.
Stippling: Although the dots in running script are small, they are very important. They play the role of starting and ending, transition, decoration, connecting the previous and the following, and finishing touches of the strokes. There are two types of points: independent points and combined points.
The independent point is written like a stroke in regular script. The strokes on the lower right turn from light to heavy to the lower left. The direction depends on the starting position of the next stroke. Combination points are divided into horizontal arrangement and vertical arrangement, focusing on reflecting the echo relationship between points.
Horizontal drawings: Horizontal drawings in running script play a balancing role in the characters. They are very random. The starting and ending of the strokes are varied. Short horizontal strokes are sometimes made into dots. Avoid parallel and uniform strokes when several horizontal strokes coexist. They should have different postures.
