Mr. Li Shiqiu, a native of Xianju, Zhejiang Province, is a member of China Calligraphers Association (ICCA), an expert member of the World Organization of Science, Education, Culture and Health, the executive director of the World Artists Federation and the executive director of the Education Committee of China Calligraphy Art Research Institute. His calligraphy works won the national quintessence award of the Ministry of Culture, the special gold award for international exchange and the title of "Top 100 Talents in the World" awarded by the World Famous Chinese Exposition.
