First, open the seal picture.
2. Click "Select" and click "Color Range" in the menu.
3. Select the color of the seal and adjust the appropriate tolerance. If you don't see the text in the preview, click OK.
Fourth, click the lasso and use the overlay mode to add the unselected seal areas to the selection area.
5. After all the additions are completed, press Ctrl+J to copy the selection.
6. Then click Layers, click New Adjustment Layer in the drop-down menu, and click Hue/Saturation in the submenu.
Seven, adjust the color to be more red.
8. Then merge the adjustment layers down.
9. Finally, use the seal imitation tool, take the five-pointed star area as the seal, adjust the seal size and cover the black area, and the step is completed.
