/kloc-returned to school to teach in 0/995, and served as the deputy head of the art group and the basic training group successively. 1998 started as an instructor, and cooperated with the section chief in charge, who was mainly responsible for the basic training and assessment of students in art and physical education teaching management and the cultivation of special students. At work, I am familiar with and mastered the discipline characteristics and teaching rules of art sports, and gradually accumulated some teaching management experience of art sports. 1996, 1998, 1999 were repeatedly rated as excellent instructors in the provincial youth science and technology art competition, and the fifth and sixth provincial normal students' basic language and writing competitions.
Since I started working, I have been trying to improve my professional quality and have made some achievements.
1. Calligraphy and painting works won the gold medal in the National Wenhua Cup Calligraphy and Painting Competition and were awarded the title of "Top 100 Contemporary Hard Pen Calligraphy in China". He won the silver prize in the China-Japan Youth Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition and exhibited it in Japan. In addition, they also won the first prize in Jilin Hard Pen Calligraphy Competition and Songyuan First Culture and Art Festival. In XX, he was invited to participate in the national painting and calligraphy contest held by CCTV.
2. 1999, Jilin People's Publishing House published a special collection of personal calligraphy, and edited the Collection of Shi Yuan's Calligraphy (Jilin Photography Publishing House). He has published more than 200 papers, paintings and calligraphy works in 36 newspapers including China Education News and Normal Education. Among them, Jiangcheng Daily in 1995, China Pen Calligraphy in 1998, Calligraphy in Normal School, Calligraphy in Pen and Songyuan Daily in 1999 published special presentations respectively, and some works and resumes are still in Calligraphy Weekly.
3. At present, he has been accepted as a member of China Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, an outstanding calligrapher on eight campuses in China, a member of Provincial Calligraphers Association, and a member of Provincial Young Calligraphers Association. He has been elected as the executive director of Songyuan Artists Association and Calligraphers Association, the deputy secretary general of Songyuan Young Calligraphers Association, the vice chairman of Songyuan Science and Technology Calligraphers Association, the director of Songyuan Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, the director of Calligraphy Education Committee of Jilin Education Association, and the tutor of Songyuan Examination Area of National Amateur Calligraphy and Painting Rating Committee.
Over the past few years, according to my thoughts and work performance, I was elected as the candidate of "Top Ten Young Teachers in Songyuan City" and was awarded the honorary title of "Model Teacher's Ethics of Jilin Education System" by the Provincial Department of Education in September of XX.
The above is the general situation of my work. If I can appoint this position, my working idea is: while doing a good job in daily teaching management, I should do a good job in the following aspects according to the actual situation of our college:
First, vigorously improve teachers' professional quality and innovative consciousness.
According to the actual situation of our college, it has become a top priority to improve the professional quality and innovative consciousness of existing teachers, especially the art and physical education department, which is more professional and has higher requirements for teachers. You can persuade teachers to go out and invite them in, so that teachers can really broaden their horizons and at the same time increase professional training and assessment for professional teachers.
Two, improve and reform the examination system, give full play to students' subjective initiative.
The discipline characteristics of fine arts and physical education are practical and expressive, so it is necessary to create a warm artistic atmosphere conducive to performance for students in the examination process, so that students can no longer passively take the examination, but actively show themselves with a positive attitude.
Third, adapt to the needs of society and adjust the curriculum appropriately.
In order to solve the problem of students' employment difficulties, we must be required to adapt to the social needs in the training direction and curriculum setting, and have a sense of the times in advance.
Fourth, strengthen the social practice activities of teachers and students, and close the relationship between schools and society.
Give full play to the advantages of art and sports science, actively organize teachers and students to participate in social cultural and sports activities, organize teachers and students to send culture to the countryside and other activities, which not only temper students' social practice ability, but also strengthen the connection between the school and society, and at the same time improve the reputation of our school, so that the art system can truly become a window to show the elegance of our school to the society.
