1. At the top left of the letter, indicate the name, address and contact information of the sender.
2. On the top right of the letter, indicate the name and address of the recipient for filing.
3. At the top and middle of the letter, mark the title of "Application for Registration of Painting and Calligraphy" in bold, large characters or underlined.
