Shanghai Town God Temple is famous all over the world, adjacent to Yu Garden, also known as the Old Town God Temple, which is one of the main Taoist temples of Shanghai Orthodox Taoism. There are cockfighting performances, acrobatic performances, thunderbolt calligraphy and other folk arts in the Old Town God Temple Art Gymnasium. Haicheng shrine, also known as Shanghai Yici, is a Taoist temple managed by orthodox Taoists. It is composed of many halls, such as the main hall, the central hall, the bedroom, the Star Hall, the Prince Hall, the Fugui Hall, the Wenchang Hall, the Xu Zhenjun Hall, the Jade Qing Hall and so on, covering an area of more than 10,000 square meters.
