Production method:
A pile of lacquer paintings:
1, the first process of making lacquer painting is to make wooden tires: first ask the carpenter to make some extremely thin boards. I chose a thin wooden board with a height of 53 cm, a width of 33 cm and a thickness of 0.6 cm, covered with a layer of white linen and glued with paint paste. After drying, it becomes a flat wooden tire.
2. Then make the bottom: scrape a thin layer of paint ash on the wooden tire with a scraper, scrape it flat and dry it, and then carefully polish it with emery cloth and millstone. After grinding, dry and then scrape the ash, and repeat the operation. After scraping the paint ash for about eight times, the wooden tire becomes thicker.
3. Next, paint: first, lightly apply a black primer with a brush, which should be thin and uniform, and then apply another layer and polish it. After about four times, start to apply transparent topcoat.
4. Sketch draft: that is, use a brush to stick white pigment on the drawing board to draw a draft. The selected theme is meticulous Chinese painting, mainly lines and color blocks.
5. Carving: It is very important to carve along the lines of the painting with a carving knife. The cutting method must be accurate and ingenious, the lines should be uniform and the depth should be consistent. You can't make a mistake, or all your previous efforts will be in vain.
6. Embedding: the paste yellow pigment is mixed with the lacquer slurry, embedded in the groove with a small scraper, flattened and dried.
7. Polishing: This is a labor-intensive job that takes several days. A paint board should be polished repeatedly, and the yellow paint line and the black bottom surface should be polished with grindstone, emery cloth and very fine tile ash respectively until the whole paint surface is very smooth.
8. Fading: First, use a ball mill dipped in sesame oil, and then use a pair of meat palms dipped in water to push the mill. Push until the arm is sore and soft, the palm is red and swollen, and the paint is bright day by day. Finally, it is as smooth as a mirror, bright in color, and people can be seen, and the lacquer painting is completed.
After half a month, the master made four big ones and I made a small one. I am so happy after my success. I think I can become an expert in lacquer painting in the future. Then I made a small wooden tire, painted it with red primer, and painted my favorite Dunhuang rebound pipa flying, ready to make a boutique. But happiness brings sorrow. When I got up one morning, I suddenly found that my face was red and swollen, swollen like a drum, and my eyes were only a thin seam. I was hot and itchy all over, so I went to the hospital immediately. It turned out that raw lacquer poisoning caused severe allergies. Take medicine, take shelter from the wind and rest at home for a week before going to work. When the master saw it, he swore a few words.
It turns out that raw lacquer is so toxic that most people can't adapt. The old master summed up a set of methods to avoid allergies according to his years of experience. From the beginning, I was strictly given the procedure of washing my hands. After every work, I first wipe off the paint dust and paste on my hands with newspaper, then wipe my hands with alcohol cotton balls, and finally rinse them repeatedly with soap until they turn white. When I made the first lacquer painting, I honestly washed my hands according to the procedure, and I didn't dare to be careless at all. I was always fine. Later, after a long time, I felt very troublesome and began to be lazy. Especially when making the second lacquer painting, sometimes the process of wiping hands with alcohol is omitted. This provincial capital will be punished, and it will be allergic to raw lacquer in the future. There is no way. In this way, the second lacquer painting fell by the wayside, and my career in lacquer painting soon ended. I also feel sorry that the master left.
Cao Tong's painting:
1. The main raw material is medulla tetrapanacis, also known as hardwood, which is a medicinal material and a tree of Araliaceae. The pith in the stem is white and has a velvet texture. The so-called sketching is the painting on it. Through bleaching, dyeing and other processes, medulla tetrapanacis is cut and glued into various frames, which has a three-dimensional effect. Now it has been developed to paste images of flowers, birds, fish and insects on the front and back two layers of yarn, which produces a deep feeling and is more expressive. Can be used for home decoration. Can be used for home decoration.
2. The medulla tetrapanacis itself is white, bright and velvet-like, which is easy to dye and set. When making, the craft painting is made by selecting materials, bleaching grass and other processes, then cutting, nesting and pasting. All kinds of flowers represented by medullary grass paintings are vivid and moving, especially chrysanthemums.
Iron painting:
1. Founder Tang Peng, whose real name is Tianchi, was born in the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty. He is good at forging iron, taking Xiao Chimu (Cong Yun), a famous painter, as a teacher, drawing lessons from the composition method of traditional Chinese painting, and adopting the technological characteristics of gold and silver jewelry, paper-cutting and sculpture to make iron paintings by forging hammer welding, which is the only wonderful work in China art circles. Iron painting has been circulated for 300 years, and it was not until the founding of New China that it received attention and support. With the joint efforts of the old artist Chu Yanqing and the vast number of ironworkers, the iron painting skills are increasing day by day. His works have developed from flowers, birds, fish and insects to landscapes, figures, calligraphy and other themes, such as Xu Beihong's galloping horse, Qi Baishi's jumping shrimp, Liu Haisu's landscapes, pandas eating bamboo, rock eagles spreading their wings, butterfly lovers, fish playing in water, Wen Xi's return and Mulan. Large-scale works "Welcome Pine" and "Meishan Reservoir" were displayed in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing; "Huangshan Lotus Peak" and "Guan Shanxue Ji" participated in the exhibition of plastic arts of socialist countries held in Budapest, Hungary 1959; Three iron paintings, Song Ying, Hua Die and the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl's Smile, were selected for the international exhibition held by the Paris World Peace Council 1959. Wuhu iron paintings are exported to Europe, America, Japan and Southeast Asia every year.
1. The iron painting is made of low carbon steel and other metals, and it is made through furnace charging, forging, drilling and repairing, correction, welding, shaping, quenching, painting and cabinet loading. Among them, the new baking paint process can preserve iron paintings for hundreds of years.
Historical background:
Heap lacquer painting: It was created by Wu, an old artist in Wuhu in the 1970s, but it has been lost due to the complicated production process.
Sketch painting: It was created by an old artist Xie Baishui in Wuhu in the 1970s, but it has been lost due to the complicated production process.
Iron painting: formerly known as iron flower, it was created earlier and has a history of about 300 years. It was originally created by the blacksmith Tang Peng, who combined China's traditional painting art with iron forging technology to create iron paintings and iron characters that appeal to both refined and popular tastes.
Iron painting technology: After years of development and improvement, the current iron painting technology is made of low carbon steel, and then mounted and painted after forging, milling, shaping, correction, welding, fire quenching, rust-proof baking and other processes; In addition, with the continuous innovation of artists, iron paintings also have new products-three-dimensional iron paintings, porcelain iron paintings, gold paintings, silver paintings and so on.
Characteristics of iron painting: The creation of iron painting combines the techniques of Chinese painting composition, jewelry making, paper cutting and sculpture. The created painting "gives fine lines from a distance, with rough layout close to things, which makes mountains and rivers interesting, pavilions have a sense of perspective, figures are vivid, and flowers and birds are lifelike", which has a unique artistic effect similar to traditional Chinese painting rather than traditional Chinese painting.
