How to practice good handwriting

If you want to improve your writing ability, you must think while practicing writing, and grasp the order of practice: reading posts, imitating, coloring and presenting.

1. Pen control training

Beginners' strokes are always not in place, mostly because the strokes are unstable. The control of strokes is to achieve the effect of "combination of hand and pen". The strokes are well written and steady. Only skilled pen control can write high-quality strokes.

Select copybook

For beginners, regular script is the best entry choice. Pen control training really appeals to me. From basic pen control training to related stroke training, besides pen control training, there are also stroke deviation, shelf structure and crash exercise, which are all separate exercises and can be selected according to your actual situation.

Choose a pen

For the choice of pen, you can not use a pen, depending on your personal preference. Personally, I usually like to use 0.5mm gel pen, because the tip is too thin to show the beauty of lines, and too thick to control.

Step 2: Try a simple copybook _ Practice the basic strokes of radicals.

Practicing basic strokes is the same as laying a foundation. The basic skills are solid, and the structure of each word has changed. If you practice the basics well, the aesthetics of the whole word will gradually improve. Personally, I paint the copybook red first, and then practice it several times by myself to understand the whole font, which is convenient for writing later.

Step 3: Try simple new words and practice the structure of the whole font.

After copying copybooks for a period of time, you can start practicing fonts with special calligraphy paper, and then you can gradually practice longer articles. Persist for a long time, and there will be progress!
