How to make your own lanterns;
1. Fold this paper into 8 equal parts according to the folding line.
2. Fold the paper into 16 equal parts, and make wavy creases by alternately folding mountain folds and valley folds.
3. Fold the lower right corner to the crease of the second layer.
4. Make a crease in the lower right corner, then open it and turn back the two layers 1 and 2, starting from the third layer and folding the lower right corner to the crease of the fourth layer.
5. Fold other layers in the same way, and finally open the paper completely to form a crease as shown in the figure below.
6. Fold the lower right corner to the third crease.
7. After making the crease, open the lower right corner and turn back 1 and 2 floors, starting from the third floor and folding the lower right corner to the crease on the fifth floor.
8. Fold two layers backwards, and then fold three layers forward at a time ... When folding to the last two layers, fold three layers forward.

14. Take another piece of paper and fold it alternately into 16 equal parts. Note: The wavy crease is opposite to the first one. Please compare the schematic diagram of this step with that of step 2.
15. Fold the 1 layer backwards, starting from the second layer and folding the lower right corner to the crease of the third layer.
16. Make a crease in the lower right corner and open it. Fold 1, 2 and 3 back from the fourth floor, and fold the lower right corner to the crease of the fifth floor ... turn back two floors at a time, and then fold forward two floors.
