2. Volunteer activities. There are many volunteer activities in the community, which need people who really have time and responsibility to take charge. Such as traffic coordinator, garbage sorting supervisor and so on.
3. Hobby activities. With a lot of time after retirement, I can regain my hobbies and find people with similar interests, which greatly improves my self-satisfaction. Such as dancing, painting, calligraphy, reading and so on.
4. Exercise. Many people in the morning exercise team are retirees. They pay more attention to their health. In the process of physical exercise, they make more new friends and expand their social scope, which has an excellent influence on both body and mind. Everyone has a different understanding of life and a different way of life, so there is no standard answer to how to live in old age. In my opinion, the old life is not a lonely sunset, but a new beginning of a better life.
I think my old age should be like this:
Have a circle of friends of your own, where you can talk about your family and talk to each other.
Some have their own small wishes, and they can travel to relax.
Some of my hobbies can be used to communicate with people and help each other;
Have your own exercise style, persevere and live a long and healthy life;
