Calligraphy taboo

Learning calligraphy is a very good activity for self-cultivation. If you can persist, you can still achieve something. Of course, there are some bad habits to pay attention to. If you have these bad habits, don't stick to them unless you correct them in time, wasting time and paper. For example, the practice of fishing for three days and drying the net for two days does not understand the connotation, nor does it blindly learn and practice.

1, fishing for three days and drying the net for two days. I observed this well when I was practicing. I want to practice this one, but tomorrow I find another one is not bad, and I want to practice another one.

It's a waste of paper to fish for three days and dry the net for two days. Don't learn calligraphy directly. It also lacks specificity. If you think the style is good today, learn it. Tomorrow, when you see the European style looks good, change it to the European style. Learn running script for a while, copy seal script in a day or two, and change copybooks frequently, which is a big taboo for learning calligraphy. If you study too much, you will actually learn nothing, and in the end you will come home empty-handed.

2, the posture is wrong, not only can't write calligraphy well, but also hurt the body, which is really a waste of paper and time. It is better not to study.

Some bad writing habits are really bad, such as leaning sideways and bending over. Therefore, writing is easy to make the neck and eyes tired, causing myopia, and with the increase of writing practice, a vicious circle is formed, which is harmful to the body and inefficient. At the same time, I don't realize the seriousness of practicing calligraphy, which will not only make the strokes accurate and the row spacing neat, but also easily lead to strabismus.

I don't understand the essence of calligraphy, and I don't want to learn it. The words written in this way have no soul.

China's calligraphy is extensive and profound, which needs careful understanding. At the same time, calligraphy is also interlinked, but this is conditional. Beginners don't have enough knowledge of calligraphy and aesthetic cultivation, so they need to learn basic knowledge and its connotation. Only by knowing this can they practice skillfully.

Of course, there are still many bad habits in learning calligraphy, which need us to discover and improve slowly.
