Liu Xiaoping, male, born in August 1961, Hebei Wuji, deputy research librarian. He is currently a member of China Calligraphers Association, a member of the Seal Carving Committee of Hebei Calligraphers Association, a deputy director of the Seal Carving Committee of Shijiazhuang Calligraphers Association and a visiting professor of Hebei Academy of Fine Arts.
