In order to carry out the upgrading and deployment of epidemic prevention and control at higher levels, implement the requirements of epidemic prevention and control work, build a strong school epidemic defense line, and ensure the safety and health of teachers and students, all teachers and students of our school returned to school smoothly on September 1. The relevant requirements for epidemic prevention and control of our students before returning to school and at the beginning of school are hereby notified as follows:
First, always be vigilant and not relax.
1. "Delta" mutant has the characteristics of short incubation period, strong transmission and high virus carrying capacity, which brings new challenges to epidemic prevention and control. Parents and students should always tighten the string of epidemic prevention and control, fully understand the seriousness, complexity and arduousness of the current prevention and control work, strictly abide by the provisions of epidemic prevention and control in our city, pay close attention to the epidemic dynamics notified by the government in time, and do not make rumors or believe rumors.
Vaccination is the most direct and effective means to fight the epidemic. It is the health and protection of individuals, the care and love of family members, and the responsibility and obligation to society. The whole city has started the vaccination work for people aged 12- 17. Students and parents who have not been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine should actively cooperate with the scheduled vaccination to speed up the establishment of their own, family and social immune barriers.
Second, preparation and explanation before school starts.
1. All teachers and students who go out during holidays should return to Xiuyan for home isolation at least 14 days in advance according to the time of returning to school. Those who have insufficient isolation time 14 days are not allowed to return to school;
Do a good job of temperature self-test and health record at home every day, and return to school only if there is no abnormality in health.
Fill in the Registration Form of the First Life File of Xiuyan Manchu Middle School and the Health Card of Xiuyan Manchu Middle School Students for Epidemic Prevention and Control truthfully, and the parents will confirm the signature and hand in the paper printed form at the beginning of school;

2. If students have fever, cough, vomiting, diarrhea and other symptoms within one week before the start of school, please treat the children in time, and don't rush back to school before the students recover.
3. If you go to other provinces or other high-risk areas during the holiday, you need to do a good job in nucleic acid testing within 48 hours and confirm that the result is negative, and hand in a paper printed report at the beginning of school;
4. Parents should carefully read some requirements emphasized before school holidays, such as hair style, work and rest time, and no use of electronic devices such as mobile phones. After the school starts, the school will strictly check; Prepare the receipt of "A Letter to Parents", the receipt of "Parents' Notice", summer homework, composition and paintings arranged before the festival in advance;
5. Please ask parents to prepare alcohol wipes, masks, thermometers and other spare parts for their children. Students are required to wear masks all the time during school;
In order to ensure students' health, the school will be completely closed after the start of school, and all parents are not allowed to enter the campus. Please make relevant preparations in advance.
Third, the normalization work requirements
1. After the start of school, the system of temperature monitoring and health information registration for returning students will be fully implemented, and all students and faculty members must wear masks when entering the school gate. Students need to have their temperature tested every day. If they find early symptoms and other abnormal conditions suspected of COVID-19, they will immediately start the emergency plan and make diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible.

Please keep the communication open so as to contact parents in time and deal with emergencies quickly and efficiently. Pay close attention to the official WeChat account of the school and the class WeChat group, read the information in time, and keep abreast of the relevant work arrangements and trends of the school.
Urge children to stay at home as much as possible before returning to school, reduce visits to relatives and friends, parties and dinners, and don't take children to crowded places, especially public places with poor air mobility.
Consciously monitor the health status of family members every day, and urge children to seriously complete the health punch. If the child has suspicious abnormalities, it is necessary to report the relevant situation to the class teacher in time.
After the start of school, parents are encouraged to send their children to and from school all the way, and try to avoid their children taking public transport to and from school. If they have to take public transportation or shuttle bus, please tell their children to always wear medical masks and try to avoid touching public goods and parts of transportation.
It is suggested to prepare necessary protective articles for children's personal use: medical masks, hand sanitizers, disinfection wipes, etc. Stationery and daily necessities necessary for school.
During the epidemic prevention and control period, the school implemented closed management, and parents were not allowed to enter the campus. Parents will send their children to the school gate, that is, stop and go, not necessarily stay.
