Tian Quan in Xiamen was carved by Zhu, a writer, thinker and calligrapher in Song Dynasty. Zhu imitated the title "The Sound of Bailudong Academy". When he carved Tianquan, the font size was 1.3m high, 1. 1m wide and 0.3m deep. Zhu's calligraphy style is famous for its rich brushwork and meticulous carving, which makes Xiamen Tian Quan one of the representative works of Zhu's calligraphy art.
