Feng Shu's life story

Feng Shu, a native of Zhejiang, was a scholar of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty, and was born as an academician in the late Qing Dynasty. He settled in Beijing in his later years. He used to be the director of the military central department of Qingshui division and the commander of the navy division. After entering the Republic of China, he participated in the establishment of Shi Jing Huashang Electric Co., Ltd. and served as the general manager of Huashang Electric Company. His calligraphy is outstanding, and he is good at writing brush characters. Most of the plaques in Liulichang shops were written by him. At that time, there were many plaques in Beiping, and there was a saying that "no plaque is unforgivable". At that time, Beijingers used to have the mantra that "every plaque has forgiveness, no cavity and no learning". Take the first two words of Emperor Guangxu's imperial plaque "Yun Yu" for example, the title of his library is "Yun", and there are many rare and good books in his library. After his death, his family donated 65,438+047 pieces of ancient jade, Shiping and Yan Jinwen and 65,438+07,650 books to the country as instructed. From 65438 to 0950, Minister of Culture Shen Yanbing, Vice Ministers Zhou Yang and Ding Xilin presented awards to their descendants. Participated in the compilation of Jin Shi Su Mo Yan Pu.

The wind has gone through the vicissitudes of life, and things have changed. He was once forced by life and had to make a living. In addition to writing plaques, the Party also writes couplets, epitaphs, letters and fans (100 fan of 20 gold or 16 gold). He once described his sufferings like this: "My mother is sixty years old. In order to avoid grinding ink, she stretched out the paper until midnight."

Feng Shu's calligraphy skills are profound, especially his brushwork. In the past, the reputation of "no plaque without forgiveness" spread in Beijing, which shows that his book was famous at that time. Yesterday, the plaques of Zhang Yiyuan Teahouse in Dashilan and Tongheju Restaurant in Xisi were Feng Shu's favorite works.
