My Desire Composition (600 words)

My wish

Some people compare wishes to a colorful wreath, colorful; Some people compare wishes to a bird that spreads its wings and flies freely; But I think the real wish is the eternal torch that guides us forward.

You ask me what my wish is? I will tell you without hesitation, that is to be an excellent scientist.

Why do I want to be a scientist? Isn't it boring and hard for scientists to be in the laboratory all day? But have you ever thought that if there were no scientists who are keen on truth, human history would stagnate and we wouldn't be so comfortable and happy today? There are air conditioners to ask questions about the cold, telephones to transmit sounds thousands of miles away, computers to understand the world, and airplanes to fly thousands of miles a day ... The mission of scientists is great, and this greatness stems from their persistence and dedication. So I want to be a scientist.

It's easier said than done by scientists. Because scientists need to know a lot of knowledge and be innovative. So from now on, I will study hard, listen carefully in class, read more useful books after class, not afraid of difficulties and setbacks, exercise myself in hardship, make my will stronger, my personality more noble and my knowledge more outstanding.

If I really become a scientist, first of all, like the inventor Edison, I will use my intelligence to serve my great motherland and invent many useful things for my motherland. What I want to invent most is a multifunctional watch, which can watch TV, report the time and weather, preserve health and cure diseases. I also want to clone an earth for some people to live in, because our earth is too crowded now. I'd like to ... well, there are many more anyway.

My wish

I want to be a scientist when I grow up, because there are endless mysteries around us, some of which have solved the answers and some are unknown. I want to explore and decrypt them!

Let's take a breath of the surrounding air, okay? Air has infinite power. It can hold test tubes and seal water. Once, I filled a plastic bottle with a hole in the bottom with water and found that water would flow down. I filled it with water again and covered the bottle cap. Hey! Why doesn't water flow down? I'm confused. Later, my mother told me that the air pressure sealed the water. My mother also taught me a magic trick. My mother found a can bottle, drilled a hole on both sides of the bottle, filled it with water and sealed the bottle. A strange situation has arisen. Seal a hole with your hand, and the water won't flow out when you pour it. When both holes are not sealed, water can be poured out. My mother said it was also the pressure. Ah! Invisible and intangible air is so magical and really interesting!

Then let's look at the fossils again! Magical fossils can let us "see" stories from a long time ago, unlock ancient secrets and understand the trajectory of biological evolution. For example, why did ancient dinosaurs become extinct? Some scientists think that an asteroid hit the earth, but some scientists found that some dinosaurs lived on the earth for a long time after the asteroid hit the earth. So what caused these dinosaurs to eventually become extinct? Scientists found from dinosaur eggs that dinosaurs were "very painful" and suffered from a strange disease, which gave birth to strange dinosaur eggs, thus affecting the hatching of small dinosaurs. There are fewer and fewer dinosaurs. What caused dinosaurs to get sick? Scientists have found that persistent volcanic eruptions make more and more iridium on the earth, and dinosaurs will get this strange disease if they eat food containing iridium. So what elements will volcanic eruption have and what impact will it have on living things? How to eliminate these, I want to know, these still contain countless secrets, I want to solve it!

With the growth of age and knowledge, I feel how amazing nature is! There are still many questions I don't understand, and I need to solve its secrets, such as how big the universe is and whether there are aliens in other galaxies. How do people differentiate into various races in the process of evolution? Why does the bridge collapse when you go forward?

Too many secrets make me eager to know, so in order to solve these natural mysteries, I want to be a scientist when I grow up.
