Luo, pen name Laochi, male, Han nationality, from renhuai city, Guizhou Province, 1932. 1March, 955, participated in the revolutionary work, party member. He used to be director of renhuai city Grain Bureau (1997), secretary of the county party committee and director of finance. Member of Guizhou Calligraphers Association, director of Guizhou Hard Pen Calligraphers Association, executive director of Zunyi Calligraphers Association and honorary chairman of renhuai city Calligraphers Association. Participated in calligraphy competitions at or above the provincial level and won many awards.
