Don’t feel sleepy:
1 Set goals and tasks for yourself before class (answer questions, take notes, memorize content, etc.), and be prepared for listening to lectures and taking notes, such as drafts Notebook, pen, water, etc.
2 In class, keep up with the teacher’s speed, think positively and answer the teacher’s questions. Even if the teacher doesn’t ask you to answer, you can answer quietly or in your heart. If you answer something wrong, don’t be discouraged or upset. Remember the correct answer and prepare to answer the next question.
3 Follow the teacher and take notes, concentrate on the key points, what the teacher says orally and what is written on the blackboard, use your brain to select which ones you should write down. Don’t just write them down without thinking. Write down everything on the blackboard, otherwise you will be tired, bored, and feel very monotonous.
4 I had some questions in class. I didn’t have time to think about them, so I wrote them down in a scratch pad and went to ask for help after class.
5 Appreciate the teacher's speech, writing on the blackboard or your own notes, etc., let yourself discover the "beauty" and let yourself think.
6 When you are a little sleepy, drink some water, take a deep breath, straighten your body, stand up and listen to the class (ask the teacher’s permission in advance), or give yourself a “competition task” and write the teacher’s question in your draft book. Write down every word you say and see how much you can write, which is equivalent to practicing shorthand. Of course, you can also practice calligraphy and calligraphy by picking out a word from what the teacher said.
In short, arrange learning tasks, thinking tasks, pen practice tasks or body posture tasks for yourself, and do not let yourself "comfort" and fight for yourself.
I wish you success.
