I. Ou Yangxun
Ou Yangxun is a book in Linxiang County, Tanzhou. Tang dynasty minister and calligrapher. Son of Ouyang Yao. When Yang Di was in Sui Dynasty, Ou Yangxun became a doctor too often. In the third year of Wude, he took refuge in Dou Jiande, the king of Xia, and was named Taichangqing. Wude five years, Li Yuan as a teacher, moved Guanglu as a doctor, taught him, led the prince, and got a bachelor's degree. He was made a male in Bohai County and presided over the compilation of the Collection of Arts and Literature.
Ou Yangxun is proficient in calligraphy, and he is also known as the four masters in the early Tang Dynasty with Yu Shinan, Chu Suiliang and Xue Qi. Because his son Ouyang Tong is good at calligraphy, the father and son are called Big Europe and Small Europe. Calligraphy is in danger in Pingzhong, which is called European style. Masterpieces: Regular script includes Jiuchenggong Li Quanming, Huangfu Birthday Monument, Huadu Temple Monument, and running script includes Zhong Nimeng's stickers and thousands of characters.
Second, Yan Zhenqing.
Yan Zhenqing (August 23, 709 -784) was born in Jingzhao Wannian (now Xi 'an, Shaanxi) and Linyi (now Linyi, Shandong). Yan Shigu V, the secretary supervisor, is a grandson, and Situ Qing is his younger brother, a famous official and calligrapher in the Tang Dynasty.
Yan Zhenqing's calligraphy is exquisite and good at it. Chu Suiliang, a beginner, studied under Zhang Xu and got his brushwork. Its regular script is dignified and majestic, and its running script is vigorous and powerful, which has a great influence on later generations. With Zhao Mengfu, Liu Gongquan and Ou Yangxun, they are also called the four masters of regular script. Said with Liu Gongquan, Gu called Yan Wei.
Third, Liu Gongquan.
Liu Gongquan, a native of Beijing, Han nationality. A famous calligrapher and poet in the middle Tang Dynasty, the younger brother of Liu Gongchu, the minister of war. Liu Gongquan became a scholar at the age of twenty-nine. In his early years, he served as secretary of provincial studies and was incorporated into the Li Ting shogunate. In Mu Zong, Jing Zong and Wenzong Dynasty, he served in the official residence and grew up in North Korea.
Liu Gongquan's calligraphy is famous for regular script. He first learned from Wang Xizhi, and later visited a famous calligrapher in the Tang Dynasty. He absorbed Yan Zhenqing's strengths and new ideas, and created his own unique Liu style, which is famous for its infinite strength and later has the reputation of caring for others. He is as famous as Yan Zhenqing and known as Yan Liu. He is also known as the four masters of regular script with Ou Yangxun, Yan Zhenqing and Zhao Mengfu.
