The Cao Ling in Xianshan is wet with clouds, and the fragrant muscle powder is uneven.
The bright moon comes to vote for Yuchuanzi, and the breeze blows Wu Linchun.
You know, ice and snow have a kind heart, not a new face.
Don't laugh when you play a poem. Always beautiful.
Su Shi praised Heyuan's new tea as Fairy Mountain Lingcao, and stressed that this kind of tea contains no oil. With his unique aesthetic vision and feelings, Su Shi wrote the unique beauty of tea in an anthropomorphic way. "There has never been a beautiful tea like a beauty." This is the highest embodiment of Su Shi's aesthetic view of tea tasting, and it has also become the best annotation for later generations to taste tea. Later generations often think of the famous sentence "I am better than the West Lake" in another poem by Su Shi.
The title of this poem shows the new tea that Cao Fu (Zi Zaide, a native of Shaxian County, Fujian Province, a Song scholar) gave to Su Shi. The main idea of the poem is that it is like a fairyland-like tea mountain, and flowing clouds moisten tea buds like Cao Ling. The mountains are clear and foggy, and the tender and fragrant muscles (tea buds) are washed away. My good friend Cao Fu arranged for me and gave me such a good round moon-shaped group tea produced in Heyuan (the author calls himself "Yuchuanzi" Lutong of tea fairy). I tasted it, and suddenly a cool breeze was blowing under my arm, and I felt that the spring breeze was coming to Wulin. You know, these pure and clean tea leaves are not only elegant in nature (heart), but also contain no additives (ointment). They are really new shoots and faces, and they are beautiful. (Ointment: It refers to coating a layer of ointment on tea cakes, which was a popular practice at that time. But some people have raised objections. Tian Yiheng, an Amin, said in "A Brief Introduction to Boiling Springs": "Those who make tea are all grinded at the end. Not only will it destroy the real taste, but it will also increase oil and dirt. It is neither a good product nor the bud tea as it is today. He who covers nature is better than his ears. Zeng Chashan's poem "Rizhu Tea" says:' There are many treasures, and the mountain buds are safe', and the poem "You should know the kindness of ice and snow, not the new oil" when you try to bake new tea in Zisu Zhanhe Garden. There are crumbs in the tea powder, which are stagnant and uncomfortable. People who know the taste can tell it by themselves. " Write a poem first, please don't laugh. It is true that good tea has been like a beauty since ancient times, which makes people fascinated and open their hearts.
