Chapter 1 General Provisions

Chapter 4 Admission Rules

Article 11 According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, the system of "school responsibility and provincial education examination bureau (admissions) supervision" is implemented. Fairness, impartiality, and merit-based admissions in three aspects.

Article 12: Implement the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for General Institutions of Higher Education" issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, and the China Disabled Persons' Federation. If the "Guidance Opinions" clearly states that "the school may not admit students" and "the relevant majors of the school may not admit students", neither the school nor the related majors will admit students; considering the employment situation, it is recommended that hepatitis pathogen carriers or hepatitis B surface antigen test Those who are positive should not apply for medical majors; boys with a height below 160 cm and girls with a height below 150 cm should not apply for normal majors.

Article 13: To facilitate the organization of public foreign language teaching, the foreign language requirement is English.

Article 14 Single subject score requirements: In principle, the English single subject score is 60 points (inclusive) or above for art and sports (specially recruited candidates for sports, music performance, and dance English scores are used as reference), and ordinary The score is 70 points (inclusive) or above for arts and sciences, 115 points (inclusive) or above for English and Japanese majors, and 100 points (inclusive) or above for the major of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. In principle, the Chinese score for art majors is 70 points (inclusive) or above. In principle, the Chinese score of non-Zhejiang Province candidates majoring in musicology and art education is required to be 80 points (inclusive) or above.

Article 15: Nursing and preschool education majors do not recruit male students who do not wish to be admitted. There is no restriction on male or female students in other majors.

Article 16 Adjustment ratio: Arts and sciences majors in Zhejiang Province will adjust their grades at a ratio of 1:1.03, arts and sports majors will adjust their grades at a ratio of 1:1, and other provinces and cities will adjust their grades at a ratio of 1:1.2 Proportional adjustment.

Article 17: New students will be admitted through computer secondary filing.

(1) Apply according to the professional grade difference method. The grade difference between the first and second majors is 3 points. The grade difference between the second and third majors is 2 points. The subsequent majors are tied and the grade difference is 0. point. The specific operating procedures are as follows: On the premise of passing the comprehensive assessment, the candidates will be arranged according to the principle of ranking according to the score. The candidate's first major preference will first be examined. If the first major preference is not full, the candidate will be admitted to the major and will be selected. The next candidate in the queue; if the first major choice is full, the candidate's test score will be subtracted from the corresponding grade difference and the next choice will be converted to the first choice and inserted into the candidate queue. After the processing of the candidate is completed, the candidate will be taken out of the queue. The next candidate will be selected, and so on, until all candidates’ major preferences have been processed. If there are still unsatisfied majors at this time, the school allows major changes. If the candidate obeys the adjustment, he or she will be randomly adjusted to a major that is not yet fully qualified according to the principle of ranking according to the score. If the candidate does not comply with the adjustment, the candidate will be dismissed.

(2) If the total scores in the ranking are the same, the best will be admitted based on the principle of comprehensive evaluation of morality, intelligence and physical fitness.

Article 18: If the admission plan for the first choice or parallel choice of the school is not completed after the admission plan is completed, the admission result of the first choice or parallel choice of the school will be locked first. Candidates for other applications or parallel applications in our school will be subject to a second computer submission based on the balance of each major’s enrollment plan after admission to the school’s previous application or the previous round of parallel admissions. The admission principles are the same as Article 17.

Article 19 Requirements for additional examinations for majors:

(1) Music majors: Candidates from Zhejiang who major in musicology, music performance, and art education must have both professional and cultural scores. Under the premise of passing the qualification, the candidates will be sorted from high to low according to the comprehensive total score of 50% of the professional score and 50% of the cultural score (candidates from Zhejiang who apply for the art education major of our school must also obtain the additional examination certificate of our school’s art education major); Candidates from Zhejiang who major in Dance (Teacher College) and Dance (Non-Normal College), on the premise that their professional scores and cultural scores are both qualified, will be awarded a comprehensive score of 60% of their professional scores and 40% of their cultural scores in descending order. Sorting: Candidates from outside the province in musicology, music performance, art education, dance (normal) major, dance (non-normal) major, on the premise that they are both professional and culturally qualified, will be sorted from high to low by professional score.

(2) Fine Arts Major: On the premise of being qualified in both major and culture, applicants can apply for painting in our school in descending order according to the comprehensive score of 50% of the professional score and 50% of the cultural score ( Candidates from Zhejiang who are majoring in Chinese Painting, Flowers and Birds, and Calligraphy must also obtain the additional examination certificate from our school in the direction of Chinese Painting, Flowers and Birds, and Calligraphy.

(3) Sports majors: On the premise that both majors and culture are qualified, applicants will be ranked from high to low according to the overall score of 50% of professional scores and 50% of cultural scores.

Article 20: Candidates who enjoy the bonus point policy may be added points and admitted according to the regulations of the provincial (autonomous region, municipality) admissions agency.

Article 21 Candidates who are national second-level athletes (inclusive) and above in Zhejiang Province’s liberal arts and sciences sports specialties in martial arts, swimming, tennis, table tennis, track and field, and basketball, press the Admission to one major.

Chapter 5 Charging Standards and Rewards

Article 22: Strictly implement the charging standards uniformly stipulated by the Zhejiang Provincial Price Bureau, the Department of Finance, and the Department of Education. Hangzhou Normal University implements a credit-based charging system, and tuition fees are composed of professional registration fees and credit-based tuition fees. At the beginning of the school year, tuition fees will be collected in advance according to the prepayment standards approved by the Zhejiang Provincial Price Department, and will be settled after the end of the school year. The standard for prepaid tuition fees in 2008 is: 4,000 yuan per student per year for normal arts and sciences (including physical education) (if our province introduces a preferential tuition policy for normal students, our school will implement the unified provincial policy); non-normal arts and sciences (including physical education) ) 4,400 yuan per student per year; 7,000 yuan per student per year for art majors; 9,000 yuan per student per year for music performance and dance (non-normal) majors; 6,000 yuan per year per student for medicine majors.

In order to encourage high-scoring Zhejiang Province liberal arts candidates to apply for admission to our school, all Zhejiang Province liberal arts candidates admitted to our school with their first choice must have a total score of 30 points higher than the first batch of Zhejiang Province liberal arts admissions. If the total score exceeds 40 points (inclusive) of the first batch of admission lines for liberal arts and sciences in Zhejiang Province, the tuition for two academic years will be waived, and so on, until four years of tuition are waived.
