Guqin music "A Dream of Spring Flowers and Autumn Moon"

Poetry, painting, writing and music are of the same origin, that is to say, when we see a beautiful scene or a picture that touches us instantly, we often have thoughts and feelings. What should I do if I want to freeze this moment? Someone wrote a poem, someone wrote a beautiful passage, someone drew it, and someone might compose a tune for it. No matter what form they take, they all express the same content. This is the truth that "poems and paintings are of the same origin, and songs and essays are of the same clan", and the source of their similarity is that unforgettable moment or beautiful picture.

When we add words to a song, can we also start from the source of the song-the picture and the artistic conception it creates? The answer is yes.

First, look at the picture and talk wonderfully

Not long ago, I saw a photo of an embroidered pavilion carved with silk windows. The night outside the window was dim, the green tiles reflected the green trees, the lights in the window were amiable, and the atmosphere was elegant. It seemed that there was a figure vaguely, suggesting that its owner must be a boudoir beauty. What is she doing? Maybe he is reading quietly, or playing the piano and reciting poems; Maybe you are embroidering, or you are crying at the blue lantern, missing your lover and living alone. This is the imagination that photos give people, and the artistic conception is subtle and beautiful.

I sent this picture to a friend far away. Unexpectedly, I flew back with a poem:

Suddenly I saw Iraqis, as if I were at the window.

have you ever seen a vague figure?

I miss you every day, and I bow my head to the book.

send a short message to your heart.

Another friend immediately showed interest: "Can we limit the topic to the silk window and match this picture with a poem to express our feelings? Let's name the epigraph Tianjingsha. Let's compare. " Therefore, a poem entitled "Tianjingsha Lingchuang" took the lead in opening:

a full moon with sparse stars and mist, green tiles carved with green trees,

a lonely tea stove with a Lingchuang.

cymbidium and hsinchu, their hearts are full of fragrance and dancing.

Touched by this, I imitated it according to the above poetic conditions and metrical conditions:

The window of Wutongxuan is at sunset, and Oriole of Zhulang returns home,

The red furnace is warm.

the drizzle is quiet, and the homesickness flies.

then, I sent these to other friends and classmates. The idea was quickly echoed. Three days later, on a snowy night, two more poems with the same theme and rhyme floated in: < P > The trees in the window of Zhu are warm and dusk, so the garden is scattered and the shadows are returning home.

The wind in Gu Xiang is light and foggy,

It's a lonely boat in the long night, and you know where the world is.

the night rain is slanting, and the flowers are falling.

Red-tea poems are fragrant, while

You can't touch the piano, but it's hard to cross the half-song acacia.

After all the four poems came out, we found a secret: Although these poems were completely written by ourselves according to everyone's understanding and imagination, the central idea was very unified, and everyone unconsciously told a feeling of lovesickness in the boudoir at night. Looking at the plot and atmosphere, they are progressive and overweight step by step. At the beginning, the tone is peaceful and warm, and then it gradually turns from sadness to injury. When it reaches its peak at the end, there is an atmosphere of "empty rooms in the rainy night, faint sadness, endless lovesickness and heartbroken voices".

I didn't expect that a picture, four couplets, and talking with pictures would lead to so many stories. It's really intentional to plant flowers and flowers, but unintentional to plant willows and shade them. This may be the beauty of "the homology of poetry and painting", but in fact, more wonderful things are behind.

second, the edge of adding words by listening

with such a beautiful group of couplet poems, the artistic conception is so harmonious and unified, if only it could be sung!

One weekend morning more than 1 days later, I overheard the piano piece A Dream of Spring Flowers and Autumn Moon, and immediately thought of our poem group. Isn't it a dream of spring flowers and autumn moon that laments the truth that "the years have passed by in a hurry, the youth is easy to get old, and the old dreams are hard to get back"?

So while listening to the music, I recited it to the poem, and found that the music was completely in harmony with other places, especially the artistic conception, except that it did not match our group of poems in rhythm in some places, which was very seamless. In this way, after a little modification, the songs and words were attached to each other in less than 1 minutes, which was natural. The lyrics of the song are as follows:

After our group poems have a musical tone and can be played and sung, I feel relieved for a long time, as if I have accomplished a great event, and my mood is particularly carefree.

? So, I immediately sent the same message to several poetry writers: "I didn't expect that we were busy with poetry for two weeks. After hearing this song this morning, I immediately hit it. How amazing! It seems that all the fruits in the world have a cause, and maybe all the preparations are for the arrival of a certain moment. What should we call this? There is only one word: fate! It's true that when a poem meets a song, it wins but there are countless people! Try to sing and see how it works? "

several friends were also shocked and sobbed. It is often said that fate is determined by nature, and part depends on people. If there is no previous effort, how can there be today's results? This may be the relationship between cause and fate!

Next, let's briefly talk about the development history of poetry and the beauty of singing, so as to better understand the beauty of poetry, words, music and rhyme.

Third, the beauty of poetry singing

People often ask, "Which comes first, the word, or the song, the word?" For this question, if we understand the emergence and development of poetry, we will know the answer.

As we know, The Book of Songs is the earliest collection of poems and the beginning of China's ancient poems. According to legend, it was compiled by Confucius, a great scholar, with 311 articles, so it is also called "Poems 3". These poems came from folk songs in the Western Zhou Dynasty. At that time, there were special poetry collectors in the court, who were responsible for collecting folk songs from all over the country and then giving them to the emperor for appreciation. What is the purpose of doing this? Because folk songs reflect the aspirations and sufferings of the people, the incumbent can observe the folk customs and evaluate his ruling effect through the emotions in folk songs. From this point of view, ancient poems are not just the free singing of ordinary people, but a mirror of social life in the Zhou Dynasty, and they are of great political significance. The Book of Songs is divided into three categories: wind, elegance and ode, in which "wind (national wind)" refers to folk songs and the folk customs reflected behind them.

It can be seen that the earliest poems are the words of folk songs. They are used for singing, so there are poems before songs. A song with lyrics is called a song; Music without words is called pure music. These are the two major types of music.

China's poems reached their peak in the Tang Dynasty, especially the metrical poems, which required neat words, even tones and rhymes, rhythmic beauty, catchy words and lingering aftertaste. Jia Dao was poor all his life, demanding poetry. Before he wrote the famous sentence "Birds stay in the trees by the pool, monks knock on the door under the moon", he repeatedly polished the words and meter, and often chanted between lying up and walking, just to satisfy his wishes, and changed the word "knock" for a year. This kind of ascetic pursuit earned him the title of "a poet and a poet slave".

in the song dynasty, ci became the mainstream. it was completely separated from poetry and formed its own school. there were words specially used for singing, and the name of the epigraph was its metrical standard. Liu Yong was the first person to make a comprehensive innovation in Song Ci. When he was young, he took the imperial examination and failed repeatedly, so he devoted himself to writing Ci. His slow words are both elegant and popular, and he is good at drawing lines, making him the most popular poet at that time. It is said that his song "Yang Liuan Xiaofeng Canyue" spread all over Goulan Washe, streets and alleys. This is the great influence of Liu Yong's ci. To put it bluntly, he was a very popular songwriter in the Song Dynasty.

sometimes, I often wonder what kind of poetry is the best and most beautiful?

? Observing and recalling the ancient poems we learned from primary school, we can find that good poems are not those amazing poems with strange language, flowery words, abstruse words and ungrounded words, but some ordinary sentences that can no longer be ordinary. For example, "when weeding is noon, sweat drops down the soil." Who knows that every grain of Chinese food is hard? "and" How many worries can you have, just like a river flowing eastward ". They are straightforward and simple, which can be understood by adults and children, and can be recited, so they are widely circulated. Wang Zhihuan's "mountains cover the white sun, and oceans drain the golden river, but you widen your view three hundred miles, by going up one flight of stairs", Du Fu's "but now I remember the night, the storm, and I wonder how many blossoms were broken", and Su Dongpo's "When is the bright moon? Ask the sky for wine. I don't know what year it is tonight. " They are also unpretentious, without any whitewashing and boasting, but they have become classics that have been passed down through the ages. Does a good poem really need to be lofty, obscure, flowery and surprisingly attractive to survive to this day?

From this, we can draw a conclusion that poetry should be popular, enjoyed in public, and suitable for singing. Compared with those poems that can't be sung, or that are very awkward and sluggish, whose vitality is longer? If this standard is used to measure what is a good poem and a good word, the answer is obvious.

Having said so many digressions, let's go back to the words assigned to the piano piece A Dream of Spring Flowers and Autumn Moon. I think it needs to be further revised and improved, slowly polished, and strive to be more popular and easy to understand, so that it can be sung comfortably and smoothly, and it can reach people's hearts. If we use the standard of "being able to sing" to write poems, I believe it is of great significance.

The good news is that a good friend of mine can listen to music and write music. After listening to the piano piece A Dream of Spring Flowers and Autumn Moon, he quickly wrote its music:

Do you feel very scary and fascinated and envious when you see these figures like tadpoles?

This is the first happy event. Another thing is that one of my university teachers is learning guqin, and is going to translate the notation mentioned above into a standard guqin notation, and then play and sing.

In the eighty-sixth episode of A Dream of Red Mansions, Jia Baoyu saw Lin Daiyu practicing piano in Xiaoxiang Pavilion one day. He didn't know the ancient piano score, and a joke happened. He said, these symbols, which are like Shao, Xun, Dian, and Yi, have a "nine" beside a "big" with a tick. What are these? Daiyu smiled and said the principle. In fact, it is the notation of the Guqin that China has used for thousands of years and has not been replaced-the subtractive notation.

? Is this what Lin Daiyu said? On its root, Cao Xueqin said that this great writer, who finished the first draft of A Dream of Red Mansions in his twenties, not only knows poetry, literature, calligraphy, painting, architecture, sculpture, jade, food, classics, drama, Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism, tea, embroidery and aesthetics, but also knows the piano art. There is also a section of Miao Yu's theory of piano in the book, which is very professional and profound.

so, what is a subtractive spectrum? By using Chinese characters to reduce strokes, the fingering and phonemes of the left and right hands are marked with frugal strokes, which is a fingering mark for playing the piano. Even if we don't learn the piano, don't make Baoyu's mistake and lead to jokes!

at this moment, I have one biggest wish, that is, I hope that the two happy events mentioned above can both come true. The piano piece A Dream of Spring Flowers and Autumn Moon is the work of Su Yi, a young musician. He is middle-aged, and he is my favorite composer. I believe that in a few years, he will definitely become a famous pianist. I want to try a word for all his songs, which is a dream of mine.

what is the highest state of the piano? The unity of heart and piano, and then to go up, means the unity of heaven and man. How can we do that? If you can play the piano, sing and write lyrics, then I think that when you play your own lyrics, sing your own thoughts and think about those beautiful or sad rhymes, you will naturally understand what the ancients said was "harmony between heart and piano and harmony between man and nature".

There are so many charms in guqin. Let's talk about the last question. Perhaps, some people will say, "What's the use of making these things after all your efforts? Can you eat, drink and make money? "

Confucius said it very thoroughly. He said that after listening to Shao, he didn't know the taste of meat in March. Because "I am angry and forget to eat, I am happy to forget my worries, and I don't know that the old age is coming." In other words, when people work hard, they forget to eat, and they are so happy that they forget all their worries and don't even know that they are getting old! "

In fact, a person's life is a process, whether it's wonderful and busy singing and dancing, or adding water to an ordinary crock, or complaining about others' grievances, or miserable, depending on what kind of living method you choose. Why do people "get angry and forget their food, enjoy forgetting their worries, and don't know that old age is coming?" Spiritual food is at work, which is much more delicious than simple material enjoyment. It can be seen that Confucius has revealed another level and significance of life. Where is this meaning? Perhaps, in "A Dream of Spring Flowers and Autumn Moon".
