Good at sculpture and oil painting. In 1975, he graduated from Shandong Arts and Crafts School, majoring in sculpture, and later stayed at the school to teach. In 1978, he studied in the sculpture training class of Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts. In 1985, he graduated from Shandong Art Institute, majoring in oil painting, and later stayed at the school to teach. In 1977, he went to Jiangxi to experience life and created the sculpture "We Must Build Our Own Arms", which was selected for the National Art Exhibition of the 50th Anniversary of the Founding of the Army; in 1978, after the reform of the college entrance examination, he was admitted to the sculpture training class of Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts and applied for the sketch works "The Fishermen of Dayu Island" was published in "Zhejiang Literature and Art" as the work of outstanding candidates. In 1979, after graduation, he returned to Shandong Arts and Crafts School to continue teaching and creating. He created sculptures such as "Spring Rain", "Enlightenment" and "Joy" to participate in the provincial art exhibition, and the oil painting "A Basket of Fruit" participated in the landscape still life exhibition of six provinces and one city in East China. In 1981, he was admitted to the Oil Painting Department of the Fine Arts Department of Shandong Art Institute for four years of study. During this period, he created many oil paintings such as "Descendants of the Dragon" and "Memories of the Marshal" and participated in the Provincial Art Exhibition. "Thunderstorm" toured Austria and Canada and was collected by the Bureau of External Relations of the Ministry of Culture; in 1986, he participated in the Provincial Party Committee Lecture Group He went to Heze to teach for one year and trained two middle school art teachers for the local area; in 1987, he created the marble sculpture "Rose Fairy" for the Rose Park of Ye County; in 1988, he created the stainless steel sculpture "Football" and built it in the Provincial Sports Center. The granite sculpture "Totem Pole" was completed in Tianqiao District Park, Jinan City; in 1992, he participated in the collective creation of colored sculptures of Water Margin figures at Zhongyi Hall in Liangshan. Created seven colorful sculptures of Water Margin characters including Hua Rong, Chai Jin, Wu Song, Zhang Qing, Li Jun, Ruan Xiaoer, Yang Xiong. He was later awarded the Outstanding Creation Award; in 1994, the stainless steel sculpture "Changing with Each passing Day" was completed in Tengzhou City. The marble sculpture "Peony Fairy" was created and completed at the Heze Station of the Beijing-Kowloon Railway. The sculptures "Football", "Portrait of the Final Army" and "Totem Pole" won the Shandong Province Urban Sculpture Outstanding Work Award; in 1995, the stainless steel sculpture "Sun and Moon Shine Together" was completed in Qingzhou City. The stainless steel sculpture "Smooth Sailing" was completed in Xintai City. The sculptures "Music" and "Dialogue" participated in the "95 Shandong Garden Sculpture Creation Exhibition" and won the first prize; in 1996, the granite sculpture "Shi Naian Statue" was completed in Liangshan. The granite sculpture "Statue of Jiao Yulu" was completed in Xinxiang City, Henan Province; in 1998, the sculptures "Warrior", "Smooth Sailing" and "Sun and Moon Shine Together" were selected for the "98 Shandong Urban Sculpture Exhibition" and "Warrior" won the first prize. "Smooth Sailing" and "Sun and Moon Glow Together" won the second prize; in 1999, the bluestone sculptures "Flower Glory", "Wu Song and Lu Zhishen", "Character Group Sculpture" and "Snowy Night Up Liangshan" were completed in Liangshan. Selected for the 2000 Shandong Province Urban Sculpture Creation and Design New Works Exhibition. "Water Margin Character Sculpture" won the first prize. The relief sculpture "Climbing Liangshan on a Snowy Night" won the third prize. Created the granite sculpture "Dayu's Control of Floods" and completed it in Xintai City; in 1999, the sculpture "Hope" was selected into the Ninth National Art Works Exhibition; won the bronze medal; and won the Shandong Province Art Works to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China Special Prize in the Exhibition, published in "Art Magazine" and "Fifty Years of Shandong Fine Arts and Calligraphy Collection"; in 2004, the sculpture "Self-improvement" participated in the Shandong Preliminary Works Exhibition of the 10th National Art Exhibition and won the second prize. Designed the school logo of Shandong Art Institute, which was adopted. Created the marble sculpture "Peony Fairy" and completed it at the Heze Station of the Beijing-Kowloon Railway; in 2007, the sculpture "Female Soldier" was selected into the Army Art Exhibition for the 80th Anniversary of the Founding of the Army organized by the Ministry of Culture, the General Political Department, and the China Artists Association; and won the third prize award.
