Guizhou Zhenfeng Beipanjiang Grand Canyon Huajiang Tiesuo Bridge

Peng Ershu, a poet in Qing Dynasty, once wrote a poem about Huajiang: "Tiesuo Heishui was famous in ancient times, and Tianshui had a million soldiers. How did Lin Qiong enter Kunming as a guest? " The "iron cable" written in the poem refers to this Huajiang iron cable bridge. Since the Ming Dynasty, the government has built several bridges in this area, which were either washed away by floods or destroyed by thieves. During the Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty, as a military commander, Jiang tried every means to raise funds to build bridges. After 6 years, the cable-stayed bridge with a length of 7 1 m, a width of 2.9 m and a height of about 70 m above the water was finally built. After a hundred years of wind and rain and several floods, the Tiesuo Bridge was bombed by Japanese planes during the Anti-Japanese War, and it is still cold and shining.

This bridge is not only the link between Zhenfeng and Guanling, but also a key and throat on the traffic road between Guizhou and Yunnan. On the other side, the ancient post road leads directly to Huajiang Town, Guanling, and then to Anshun and Guiyang via Huangguoshu Waterfall. On the Zhenfeng side, the ancient post road leads directly to Kunming via Xingren and Xingyi. On the ancient post road in Zhenfeng County on the south bank of Tiesuo Bridge, there is a calligraphy art corridor, which is made up of many stone carvings on large and small cliffs. There are "Flying Rainbow", "Huajiang Bridge", "Wanyuan Bridge" and "Immortality of Achievements", and some monuments on the bridge can remind people of a long history and express their nostalgia for the past.
