What copybook is used for primary calligraphy practice? What copybook is recommended for primary calligraphy practice?

It is my foundation to practice calligraphy for a long time, develop correct writing habits (such as holding and lifting pens) and choose good copybooks for preliminary practice. My practice and experience are:

1, the font is both regular script and official script, so you can do it first.

2. The copybook is first selected from the rubbings of ancient famous brush writers, or the copybooks copied by contemporary famous brush writers with hard pens (if you only practice hard pens). For example, you can choose Ou Yangxun, Yan Zhenqing, Liu Gongquan and other representative inscriptions in regular script, depending on your preferences. You can choose one master for the first practice, not more than two at the same time.

It is best to match the video, because the video can let you see the writer's pen-lifting process intuitively, deepen understanding and strengthen memory, and get twice the result with half the effort.

3, you can practice with a pencil first, and then practice with a pen;

4, step by step, adhere to a certain amount every day, sum up while practicing, think more, and naturally follow.
