Jiulian Temple 1
Jiulian Temple is located at the foot of the west branch of Jizu Mountain, which was built in the Ming Dynasty. Destroyed in the 20th century, it has been rebuilt. In 2003, with the approval of the Yunnan Provincial Bureau of Religious Affairs and the Provincial Buddhist Association, the Zhongni Department of Yunnan Buddhist College was established.
2. stupa temple
The pagoda temple was originally named Zunsheng Pagoda, and its "Autumn Moon in the Pagoda" is one of the eight scenic spots in Jizu Mountain. Every lunar month, when the bright moon moves to the west of Lengyan Pagoda in Tianzhu Peak, it is connected with Lengyan Pagoda and Zunsheng Pagoda. At this time, the surrounding Woods were dark, only two pagodas were bathed in the moonlight, and the white pagoda in the moonlight had no shadow cast on the ground. The stupa of the temple is solemn and solemn, which constitutes the famous "autumn moon in the pagoda" landscape of Jizu Mountain.
3. Shizhong Temple
Shizhong Temple was founded in the Tang Dynasty and is the oldest temple in Jizu Mountain. Since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, celebrities and politicians from Shangjizu Mountain have visited Shizhong Temple, presented plaques and inscriptions to Shizhong Temple, and wrote poems and lyrics. Dong Qichang, a famous calligrapher in Ming Dynasty, inscribed the tablet "Guo Luoju" for the quiet room of Shizhong Temple. Governor Jude Wong wrote an inscription for Shizhong Temple, "The Taste of Upper in Qing Dynasty"; Dr. Sun Yat-sen once wrote the inscription "Tan Yun Fahai" for Shizhong Temple. Historically, Shizhong Temple has always been the main temple of Zen Buddhism.
