Song Ouyang xiu
Xijiang and Qingjiang rivers have a long history.

Mr. Shuangjingya is a hundred herbs.
Shuangjing green tea has a history of thousands of years, which is produced in Shuangjing Village, the hometown of Huang Tingjian, a poet in the Northern Song Dynasty, and the "ten miles of beautiful water" in Kengkou Township, Xiushui, Jiangxi Province. Xiushui belonged to Hongzhou in Sui and Tang Dynasties. Mao Wenxi wrote in Tea Spectrum around 935 AD: "Hongzhou has white buds and double wells, which are extremely refined." Song was listed as a tribute.
Shuangjing tea is in the hometown of the valley.
It takes three days of praise for a sip.
Warm water, spring scenery and wet rain,
New branches and old Jing Ke sprouted.
Huang Tingjian, a poet and calligrapher in the Northern Song Dynasty, praised his hometown tea. Friends often praise poetry. Huang Tingjian said in the poem "Shuangjing Tea Send Zi Zhan" (Zi Zhan is Su Dongpo's word): "The world is beautiful and sunny, and the Jade Hall in the sky is a treasure. I want to see Dongpo lay man and spend a lot of time on beads. My home in the south of the Yangtze River is better than gathering clouds and falling snow. Arouse the Huangzhou dream for you and take a boat to the five lakes alone. " Huang Tingjian gave the precious Shuangjing tea to his teacher Su Dongpo, and he had his own respect for the teacher. Su Dongpo is highly praised in the poem, saying that it is not as good as falling snow.
The poem says:
There is no other strange tea in Jiangxia.
Ruyin June 1 Rizan new book.
To the point where you can't afford to pay your servants,
Watch snow soup make pearls.
The immortal Confucianism is not barren,
Only illness and thirst are the same.
I want to go to the southeast next year,
Why not stay in Taihu Lake?
Shilao, Jiang Shuiqing, Jiangxi,

Ouyang Xiu spoke highly of Shuangjing Tea in this poem. He thinks the quality of Shuangjing tea is better. First, this kind of tea germinates early, "poor wax is not cold and spring is early", so it is picked early and tender. "Ten Jin of tea raises one or two buds", and then he said that there are many white hairs on the tea buds, and the tea is beautifully packaged. Making tea bags with red yarn is very pleasing to the eye. In particular, this tea tastes good, so that "Chang 'an is rich and praised in three days".
Sima Guang also wrote a poem "Double Well Tea as a Model" and said:
Sleeping in spring for no reason,
Drive away the bitter blind date.
With the real tea power of Hongzhou,
Try to send fesr to the valley.
Li Shizhen's Compendium of Materia Medica in the Ming Dynasty also praised tea, saying: "According to Gong, people still liked to drink tea around the Tang Dynasty, and tea products were beneficial to the public, and their white color ... was famous for producing tea."
In the Yuan Dynasty, Liu Guanyou said in a poem: "The beauty of Shuangjinglong Formation is close to the fragrance of Magu milk wine; If you can't get a good situation in Hongdu, it's really a pity to recite poems. " This poem praises Shuangjing tea and Magu tea produced in Cheng Nan, Jiangxi. Gong Hong wrote a Song of Double Wells in Qing Dynasty, which wrote:
The beauty of tea is unparalleled.
Shuangjing is famous for repairing rivers.
Before the spring came to the village, the buds vomited first.
I'm tired of choosing barking villages.
Scholars and women came back late,
The narrator's basket is full, calling for a small pair.
Ask where is good this year,
Fishing in front of Yue Ming Bay.
These poems vividly describe the unique color, fragrance, taste and shape of "Shuangjing Green". No wonder Shuangjing Green has been famous all over the world since it came out.
