I'm xxxx, a calligraphy and painting club. I'm running for the position of vice president.
First of all, thank you for your support, support and tolerance in this year. Last autumn, at the general meeting of members, I was also on such a podium, facing everyone, and I was solemnly sworn in. After that, for a long time, people kept telling me that my speech was lively and interesting, and I also ousted both ministers. Thank you for still remembering it.
Last year was also a speech, and today is also a speech. Last year's speech announced the beginning of my directorship, but today's speech announced the end of my directorship. The new board of directors and the presidential group will be formed in the next 12 hours, which means that our current board of directors and the presidential group will soon retire. I'm not usually a sentimental person, but this break-up is what I've never felt before. Here, with your applause, I would like to thank the old board of directors and the president group for their hard work in this year and express the deep attachment and good wishes of the new heirs to them.
Tell me why I want to stay. Actually, sometimes it's hard for me to make it clear.
Maybe people will think that I stayed in the painting and calligraphy club because I like painting and calligraphy and traditional culture. Indeed, this is one reason.
Another very important reason is that I can't give up my affection for the painting and calligraphy club and the people in the painting and calligraphy club, and the ardent expectation and encouragement from everyone made me feel a sense of responsibility. As for whether it is because the calligraphy and painting club can provide me with any platform and resources and opportunities for exercise, there will definitely be, but I really don't care about this. This will not be my subjective will, nor will it be the reason why I stayed for the election. If there is, it can only be said to be an objective effect.
to illustrate the problem, I will briefly explain the beautiful stories between me and the painting and calligraphy club again. Like most of the students here, I was not lucky enough to join the painting and calligraphy club as soon as I entered the university and started my freshman year. It was at the end of my freshman year, probably today last year, that I started to work in the painting and calligraphy club. I was not a member yet, but my classmates in the calligraphy and painting club have always been very warm and friendly to me, which moved me very much. Soon I integrated into this big family and made friends with the same interests. In calligraphy, I got the guidance of brother Liu Xiaosheng, who is now studying for a master's degree in calligraphy in aesthetics at Jinan University, and my progress is also obvious. Later, he served as a director. I would like to thank my brothers and sisters for their trust and esteem. Since then, I have been keeping close and good relations with the painting and calligraphy club and my colleagues. I have been more careful in my career, participated in or organized various activities of the painting and calligraphy club, and I am familiar with its members and various systems.
