Analysis:

Yundongyan is located in Buwen Town, Longhai City, 10 kilometers away from Zhangzhou City, and is a provincial-level scenic spot. There is a stone cave on the mountain. Every time it rains, the clouds and mist fly out of the cave. When the rain stops and the sky clears, the clouds and mist float back into the cave, hence the name Yundong Rock. According to legend, during the reign of Emperor Kaihuang of the Sui Dynasty, Qian Weng once lived in seclusion on the mountain to raise cranes and practice Taoism. When he heard the roar of cranes at the foot of the mountain, it was also called Heming Mountain. Yundongyan is 280 meters above sea level. The mountain is covered with granite rocks in strange shapes and layer upon layer, forming countless deep caves and strange rock scenery. The largest cave is Qianren Cave, and the highest peak is Tianzhu Peak. There are also landscapes such as Yixiantian, Yuexia, Fengdongshi and so on. Yundongyan is known as "the first forest of steles in southern Fujian". There are many cliff stone carvings, including cursive, cursive, regular script and seal script. It is a dazzling array, with more than 150 inscriptions. The earliest one is the inscription "Xu Xi searched Yan's confinement here" during the Five Dynasties period, which is more than 1,000 years old. On the 100-foot cliff of Tianzhu Peak, there are two characters "scratching head" carved on it. Each character is 2 meters square. It is the largest stone carving in Yundongyan. The stone carving "Travel Notes on Hefeng Yundong" written by Fengxi, a Hanlin scholar in the Ming Dynasty, has beautiful calligraphy and more than 1,100 words in the full text, which is rare in the domestic forest of steles. Zhu Xi, an acting scholar of the Song Dynasty, once gave lectures at Yundongyan and left two inscriptions: "Xishan No. 1" and "Shishi Qingyin". The Taoist Cai Lie of the Ming Dynasty also lived in seclusion here, wrote books and lectured, and Cai Lie's tomb and stele pavilion still exist.
