There are frequent exhibitions throughout the year. In 2004, 265,438+0 exhibitions of various cultural relics, paintings, pictures and models were held, especially "Fu Shan Calligraphy Exhibition and Exhibition of Famous Japanese Calligraphers' Works", "Qin Jin China Art Exhibition", "Large-scale Aerospace Model Exhibition" and "Li Keren's cursive calligraphy exhibition" attracted great attention and wide praise in Taiyuan, the provincial capital. During the Spring Festival in 2005, the museum held the "Shanxi Traditional Arts and Crafts Expo and Large-scale Folk Activities", inviting folk craftsmen to perform live, adding bright colors to the provincial capital's Spring Festival. In 2007, the basic exhibition "Qian Qiu Confucius Exhibition" was completed.

The museum has a 2,500-square-meter cultural relics warehouse, which can manually monitor the temperature and humidity according to the different needs of cultural relics with different textures, providing a good protective environment for the collection and preservation of various cultural relics. There are 36 people in the museum, including office, storage department, exhibition department, mission department, development department and security department. 1995 was announced by Shanxi provincial party Committee and government as a provincial patriotism education base.
