Why did you build four archways in ancient times?

Archway and archway are a kind of memorial buildings with doorways (like the chastity archway that praised women's chastity in ancient times), which are generally four-poster and three-door or double-poster and single-door. Only the four archways built in the Ming Dynasty are pavilions with four pillars and four doors. It has two double eaves, one octagonal flying upwards, and the top is "Five Mountains in the sky", which is very solemn and elegant.

Just as every ancient dynasty had to engrave words on a stone tablet as a souvenir when there was a major event, the memorial archway was also set up to commend someone's outstanding achievements!

The first thing to start a course is to dream of becoming a scholar in the Southern Song Dynasty. Shi Mengxun is the first champion of liberal arts recorded in Xinghua history, and once served as the magistrate of Tonglu County. Mr. Lin, a calligrapher with inscriptions, is a creative judge of China Calligraphers Association, vice chairman of Zhejiang Calligraphers Association and president of Wenzhou Painting and Calligraphy Institute.

Compatriots who are loyal and filial are Gu Shilu, the filial son of the Ming Dynasty, and Gu Shili, the well-known son. Gu Shilu helped Xu Da conquer Yancheng, Baoying, Xinghua and Huai 'an, and made great contributions. After Jianghuai was pacified, he returned to his hometown to serve his grandmother. His younger brothers, Gu and Hong Wu, served as the magistrate in Meixian County, Sichuan Province for thirteen years, and died fighting against the rebels. Later, he was posthumously awarded a well-known title. Mr. Gu, a famous scholar, librarian and calligrapher, used to be the director of Shanghai Library and the consultant of the leading group of the State Council ancient books publishing planning.

The first founding fathers were Zuo Cheng and Zhang Qili of the Ming Dynasty. At the end of the Yuan Dynasty, Zhang Qi followed the Zhang Shicheng Uprising and stationed in Hangzhou and Huzhou. Later, he surrendered to the Ming Dynasty and served as a political commissar and Jiangxi Zuocheng. He was regarded as an outstanding founding father by Xinghua people. Inscription calligrapher is a famous scholar, calligrapher and president of Chinese Buddhist Association, Mr. Zhao Puchu.

Liaocheng Han Festival was hosted by Lu in Ming Dynasty. During the Hongwu period, Lu Rong was elected as the director of the ritual department. Because he is good at rhetoric, he was ordered to go to North Korea twice, and he accomplished his task well. Inscription calligrapher is the late contemporary famous calligrapher and chairman of Jiangsu Calligraphers Association, Mr. Wu Zhongqi.

Sanxi was Shao, the magistrate of the Ming Dynasty. Shao Bin, the magistrate of Yongning County, is honest and clean, deeply loved by the people and enjoys a high reputation. The court rewarded him many times. Mr. Jin Yian, a calligrapher of inscriptions, is a famous Manchu calligrapher. He used to be a director of China Calligraphy Association, honorary chairman of Jilin Calligraphers Association, honorary president of Jilin Painting and Calligraphy Institute and librarian of Jilin Literature and History Museum.

Yan Gui, a vassal of Taiwan Province, was Shu Li Chu, the imperial historian of Ming Dynasty. In the second year of Yongle, Shu Chu was appointed as the suggestion history of Sichuan Taoism, with outstanding achievements and good reputation. Mr. Qian Hsien Wu, a famous calligrapher, director of China Calligraphers Association, vice chairman of Shanghai Calligraphers Association and inscribed calligrapher.

Educating the world is the only way for Ma Zhongli, a scholar in Ming Dynasty. Ma Zhong is a teaching assistant in imperial academy. Mr. Zhou Zhigao, an inscription calligrapher, was born in Xinghua. He is now the executive director of China Calligraphers Association and the editor-in-chief of China Calligraphy magazine.

Gao, a veteran of the Five Dynasties, was a college student of the Ming Dynasty. In his political career, Gao Gu experienced five dynasties, namely, Ming Chengzu, Xuanzong, Renzong, Yingzong and Jing Zong, so he was called the elder of the Five Dynasties. This plaque is an old copy, and the inscription is unknown.

In the two dynasties, loyalty and righteousness became the king of the Ming Dynasty. Cheng Fu served as the magistrate of Weizhou County and the ambassador of Beiping, and slept with the prince during the Northern Expedition. After his death, he was posthumously awarded as assistant minister of the official department and minister of war. His Sun Chengxie died in the battle with Anda. This plaque is an old copy, and the inscription is unknown.

The prime minister of the top scholar was Li Chunfang, the records of the Ming Dynasty. Li Chunfang was a scholar in the twenty-sixth year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty, and he was the top scholar. Later, he was a bachelor of Jianjitang, an official to a minister, and a bachelor of Zhongjitang. Mr. Sha Menghai, an inscription calligrapher, is a famous contemporary calligrapher. He used to be honorary director of China Calligraphers Association, honorary chairman of Zhejiang Calligraphers Association and honorary curator of Zhejiang Museum.
