Chen was born in Foshan, Guangdong, with the age of 193 1. The word (Shanqing) has been castrated, and it is not "Ningbilou". He is currently a member of China Calligraphers Association, honorary chairman of Guangdong Calligraphers Association, librarian of Guangdong Literature and History Research Institute and president of Guangdong Calligraphy Art Foundation. He used to be the chairman of the Second Calligraphers Association of Guangdong Province, a member of the Sixth CPPCC of Guangdong Province, a representative and a member of the Standing Committee of the Eighth People's Congress of Guangdong Province. In his early years, he learned a lot from Hao Zifu, a great calligrapher in Lingnan. He is good at official script, regular script, cursive script, seal cutting, national script, practical art and so on. His calligraphy art emphasizes tradition and strives for innovation. It is suitable for inscriptions on Han bamboo slips and ancient books, learning from others' strengths and achieving mastery through a comprehensive study. After long-term unremitting efforts, it has formed a personal official script between the official script of the Eastern Han Dynasty and the bamboo slips of the Western Han Dynasty. There is masculinity in beauty, simplicity in pen and strange structure. He can write two meters square official script, with magnificent characters and simple and elegant words, forming a unique artistic style. His calligraphy works have been exhibited, published and distributed in China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, Japan and Southeast Asia for many times. His works have been collected by more than 30 units such as Xi 'an China Calligraphy Art Museum, collected by more than 20 calligraphy and painting albums such as China New Literature and Art Department, Selected Contemporary Paintings and Calligraphy in China, and Fan Ji, a famous contemporary painter and calligrapher in China, and collected and engraved by Hanyuan Forest of Steles and other 10 stone forest and galleries. Biographies are included in China Dictionary of Contemporary Calligraphers and China Dictionary of Contemporary Calligraphers. Invited to Japan and the United States, South Korea, Australia, Taiwan Province Province and other places for literary and artistic exchanges, and gave lectures in Macau from 65438 to 0988. 1986 and 1988 won the Luxun Prize for Literature and Art in Guangdong Province. Eight individual book fairs and teacher-student book fairs have been held in Guangzhou, Foshan and Shaoguan.
