Fan Qing, whose courtesy names are Yimo, Siyuan, Houyi and Xiaoqing, is originally from Lianshui and currently serves as Member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, registered senior teacher of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, member of the Jiangsu Province Calligraphers Association, director of the Jiangsu Province Civil Servant Calligraphers Association, and director of the Jiangsu Province Young Calligraphers Association.

Fan Qing has been passionate about calligraphy since he was a child. In middle school, he passed the professional examination of Huai'an Normal University with the third best score in the county in art. Later, he was admitted to a school in southern Jiangsu because of his higher score in cultural courses. , majored in glass craft manufacturing, and became a professional teacher after graduation. Because of his work ability and good writing skills, he was successively transferred to the township government, county government, and finally to the municipal government agency.

Fan Qing has successively painted calligraphy works by Wang, Mi, Yan, etc. and various Han dynasty steles. He is good at cursive and official calligraphy. His works have been exhibited in important national and provincial exhibitions more than 20 times. In addition to his love for calligraphy creation, Fan Qing also has strong organizational and planning skills in calligraphy activities. For more than ten years, he has often assisted the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Municipal Calligraphy Association and other departments to organize various calligraphy activities, activating the local calligraphy atmosphere and cultivating A large number of young calligraphy enthusiasts.
