Lu Daoyou, a native of Zibo, was born in 1946. He is now a member of Zhong Xuan Shi Sheng International Painting and Calligraphy Institute, China Cultural Painting and Calligraphy Association, China Contemporary Painting and Calligraphy Artists, China Fine Arts official website Artists Association, China Central Education Television Ink Painting and Calligraphy Institute and China Art Expo Art Museum. He was also published in Europe by the International Philatelic Cultural Center with calligraphy and paintings representing China culture.
China Post also published a set of his calligraphy, painting, stamps and picture books, which were distributed all over the country.
