Zhang Dejin is from Maanshan, Anhui, and Miao Longwen is from Xingtai, Hebei. Zhang Dejin, 1964, from Maanshan, Anhui. He is currently a member of China Artists Calligraphers Association, China Hairstyle Calligraphers Association, national first-class calligrapher and Maanshan Calligraphers Association. Miao was born in1September 1978, 1978, from Xingtai, Hebei. Currently teaching in the Department of Theoretical Law, School of Law, Chongqing University. He studied in Xi Jiaotong University, Jilin University and Peking University successively, and obtained the doctor of law degree (foreign legal history major) in July 2008.
