When you go to Xi'an, you can spend at least five days to appreciate its charm from its rich history. On the first and second days, we visited the urban area of ??Xi’an. On the third day, we visited the Mausoleum of Qin Shihuang and the Terracotta Warriors and Horses. On the fourth day, we visited Huashan Mountain. On the fifth day, visit Qianling Museum and Famen Temple.
Day 1: After breakfast, go to the General Yang Hucheng Memorial Hall. I can’t help but stand in awe as I recall the thrilling day in history when the two generals sacrificed their lives and freedom. Then we came to Xi'an Bell Tower and looked around. The huge bell was as heavy as the history of the city. Continuing forward is the Drum Tower of Xi'an, where you can watch the percussion music "Riding the Wind and Waves", "Soaring Dragon", "Rolling Walnuts", "Six Horsemen of the Tang Dynasty", etc., and experience the Tang culture with rich Shaanxi flavor. At noon, you can try Chang'an City's famous snacks and enjoy the temptation of delicious food. In the afternoon, we strolled around the Gao Family Courtyard, sipping tea, looking at old photos, and listening to local people’s stories. Then go to the Xi'an Forest of Steles Museum, where you can see the calligraphy culture from the Qin Dynasty to the Tang Dynasty, as well as the authentic works of the calligraphy masters of the past dynasties, which will definitely open your eyes. In addition to the museum, as I approached the foot of Xi'an City and looked up at the city wall in the sunset, I felt a sense of fate rolling in like a river. Afterwards, we came to Xiangzi Temple Street, where the light and leisurely fragrance of tea spread everywhere made people stop walking. In the evening, go to Defu Lane, where you can enjoy the antiques, the smell of coffee, the bar, and listen to the fusion of Qin opera and rock music. Maybe this is the Qin people in this era. Overnight in the city.
The next day: After breakfast, go to the Tang Dynasty Daming Palace ruins, view the ruins, watch performances, listen to the stories of the Tang Palace, and dream back to the Tang Dynasty. Then we went to the Tang Dynasty Furong Garden to read Tang poetry, pursue the soul of poetry, drink tea and search for its origins. Overnight nearby.
The third day: After breakfast, go to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum of Qin Shi Huang. The entire military formation is tightly laid out and looks like it is ready to go. It is reminiscent of the Qin Shi Huang’s invincible majesty when he swept across the world. Then we went to the Mausoleum of Qin Shihuang to see the pottery figurines, looking for history and legends. Strolling by the Huaqing Pool in the afternoon, I sang a song of everlasting regret that captured all the love in the world. Overnight in the city.
Day 4: Depart from Xi'an city in the morning and go to Huashan Scenic Area. If you start early, you may be lucky enough to see the sunrise in the east wind and catch a glimpse of the Jinshan Mountain. Looking at the west peak, the cliff is thousands of feet long, like a knife cutting a saw. It is the place where agarwood cuts the mountain to save its mother.
At Beifeng, you can enjoy the clouds and mist of Mount Huashan. Being in Huashan reminds me of the rivers and lakes described by Jin Yong, how free and easy they are. You can eat in the scenic area at noon. Slowly descending the mountain in the afternoon, leaving quietly in the last afterglow of Huashan Mountain. Overnight near the scenic spot.
Day 5: After breakfast, go to the Qianling Museum and wander in front of the wordless monument. I can’t help but be in awe of this strange woman who left a brilliant mark in history. How confident must I be to do this? Leave a wordless tablet for yourself for future generations to write on. In the afternoon, we went to Famen Temple and walked into the magnificent underground palace. The ancient relics that have lasted for thousands of years are still shining brightly. We worshiped the relics and prayed for Buddhist teachings.
