Gao Xiaofeng (1958~) was born in Taiyuan, Shanxi. Arts and crafts artist at Taiyuan Hongqi Printing Factory. Art steering committee member and visiting professor of the Gallery of China History Museum, senior teaching researcher and first-class calligrapher of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Talent Research Center of the Ministry of Personnel, member of Shanxi Calligraphers Association, and member of Tianlong Seal Society.
