At work, I am famous for "the post office runs frequently".
I go to the post office every day to get back my favorite newspapers-Calligraphy Newspaper, Art Newspaper, Calligraphy Guide, Youth Calligraphy Newspaper, and magazines such as China Calligraphy, Calligraphy and China Pen Calligraphy. Sometimes I go early, and I will drop by the post office to help me with my bags and parcels. Once, the coach driver asked me, "Are you new here?" People think I am a new post office worker.
I think I have something to do with calligraphy. I like painting since I was a child, and my handwriting is so old that adults praise me. But at that time, I was not very interested in writing, and I felt that black and white was boring, so that my hometown held a summer vacation art calligraphy class, and I did not hesitate to sign up to learn painting. At that time, my mother worked in a supply and marketing cooperative, near the advantage, and showed me the picture books in the club. The story is told to a friend. The pictures above are not only filled with several big books bound by myself, but also moved to Chinese and math textbooks. The figures in the illustrations in textbooks are also "armed to the teeth" and have not been discussed, which has also led to less "intense" criticism from many adults and teachers. Liu Jinglong, an art teacher at school, is very kind to me and is my first teacher. Teacher Liu introduced me to the art world. I am lucky to meet such a good teacher in the countryside, and I have always been grateful to Mr. Liu. At that time, Mr. Liu was still young, and his home was full of paintings. Sketch, watercolor, gouache, Chinese painting and calligraphy make me like it very much. After much contact, I became interested in Chinese painting. I went to the bookstore during the holiday and changed my favorite album. I've been reading and drawing since I came back, so I lost myself in it and forgot to go back. Chinese painting pays attention to the combination of poetry, calligraphy, painting and printing, which is imperceptible. I naturally became interested in calligraphy and seal cutting, and began to create my own "calligraphy". I wrote several books, sharpened my own meat cleaver and carved my own seal. Every time I finish a work with a decent title, I feel good. In the fifth grade, I bought the first calligraphy magazine on the bookstall outside Xinhua Bookstore, which contained a special topic of Zhang Ruitu. Although I can't understand many articles, I still like reading them and find them enjoyable. Since then, it has been out of control, scrimping and saving, and pocket money has been exchanged for a period of calligraphy, China calligraphy, youth calligraphy and painting. When I was in the country, I saw the outside world. After studying normal school, I simply subscribed at the post office. It was inconvenient to buy books at that time, so I contacted art publishing houses all over the world and sent them by mail order according to the bibliography. Many rare books on the market were moved to my study in this way. Every time I go home on holiday, my luggage is almost the heaviest. I want to take my favorite book home.
1995 graduated from normal school and went to work. With better conditions, I am more motivated to study. Every day after work, I give almost all my time to calligraphy. Xingcheng is an ancient city with profound cultural accumulation. Since the reform and opening up, Xingcheng's cultural and artistic undertakings have made great progress, and influential painters such as Wei Zhe, Zhang Gongzhe and Zheng Xuefeng have emerged. They are the cultural cards of Xingcheng. From 65438 to 0999, he began to participate in the activities of Xingcheng Calligraphers Association after being introduced by Brother Bai Jinyuan of the Municipal Cultural Center. I had the opportunity to consult several successful teachers and friends, and soon found my feelings. In 2000, a pair of my running script couplets participated in the first exhibition of newcomers' calligraphy in Liaoning Province, which gave me great encouragement. My hometown is a small town with a long history, although it is surrounded by mountains and seas. In order to broaden my horizons and broaden my knowledge, I subscribe to several professional newspapers and periodicals every year and insist on online learning. For more than ten years, in order to learn calligraphy, I have participated in temporary classes organized by Liaoning Calligraphers Association for many times, consulted experts of Liaoning Calligraphers Association, and studied and exchanged in Beijing, Tianjin, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Shanxi and other places. Twice, one day I went back and forth to Beijing to see the exhibition, and the hard work was certain. In the summer of 2009, I went to Hangzhou to attend the summer calligraphy training camp of China Academy of Fine Arts. In a tense month, I got along well with classmates from all over the world, received professional training from the Calligraphy Department of China Academy of Fine Arts, and listened to lectures by famous teachers such as Wang Yongjiang of Zhejiang University and Shen Hao of China Academy of Fine Arts, which benefited a lot.
While chatting with my colleagues, I looked through the newly acquired newspapers and magazines like no one's watching. Sometimes they ask me, what's the point of reading this? Yeah, what's the point? I don't know. There is a saying that "love needs no reason". Let this be the reason why I love calligraphy.
