Zhang 70-year retrospective exhibition.

20121019 October, the retrospective exhibition of Zhang's 70-year-old books and the premiere of the film documentary Zhang and the premiere of the Analects of Confucius in regular script were held in the auditorium of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

According to the organizer, Mr. Zhang, a famous contemporary calligrapher in China, was born in Tangshan, Hebei Province in September 1936. He began to learn calligraphy at the age of 6, specializing in regular script. His calligraphy structure is rigorous, steady and agile, and his lines are both rigid and flexible, classical. Zhang Zeng completed a1.25m long low-key art scroll, published 300 kinds of low-key ink in Tang poetry, 300 kinds of low-key ink in Song poetry and 300 kinds of low-key ink in Copybook for calligraphy, and published regular script, China, Sanzi Jing, Baijia surname and thousands of characters. The Analects of Confucius is a regular script, which has been written in the form of traditional Copybook for calligraphy in China and printed with English translation. This book was presented to the headquarters of Confucius Institute that day.

The film documentary "Zhang" was produced by China Radio, Film and Television Audio-visual Publishing Center and other units, taking Zhang's life as the creative material, aiming at exploring the profound calligraphy culture in China and showing the thinking mode, personality spirit and interest of China calligraphy artists.

Sun, Li Jinhua and Zheng Wantong, vice-chairmen of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Zhang Siqing, vice-chairman of the 10th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and director of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Painting and Calligraphy Office, attended the event.
