dé is a variant of Germany.
Oracle Bone Inscriptions in Germany consists of four corners (line, Sitong Avenue) on the outside and a middle part (straight, without twists and turns, without hesitation), indicating that the avenue goes straight; Some Oracle Bone Inscriptions simplified the "trip" of Stone Avenue to "trip".
De's original meaning of word-making means: See the direction of the road clearly, there is no confusion, and the avenue goes straight.
