She pays great attention to the accumulation in peacetime and records the reflection, harvest and enlightenment in daily work to promote the improvement of teaching level. Her teaching notes are praised by the leaders every time, even being a model for the whole park.

Second, love the cause, selfless dedication.

In order to improve the quality of art teaching, at the beginning of 2005, she went to Hainan at her own expense to participate in the teacher training of "China Modern Children's Art Teaching Method" organized by China Children's Literature and Art Research and Development Center of Capital Normal University, and selflessly applied what she learned to running a kindergarten. Sometimes, in order to enhance children's sense of things, she doesn't use the pictures already in the park, but spends money to buy some fresh fruits, vegetables and small animals for children to touch, see, smell and eat. Enrich children's cognition, mobilize children's spontaneous painting creation ability, and thus harvest the most authentic, natural, childlike and original masterpieces. Every time the art season comes, Ms. Zhou, who strives for perfection, hopes that every child can get the encouragement of experts. She is always diligent, regardless of gains and losses, and spends a lot of rest time tutoring her children. When the task of kindergarten environment layout comes, she will strive for perfection, quietly, carefully design, and even work overtime to complete the task well.

Third, love is in the heart, heart to heart.

Loving children is an important prerequisite for teachers to carry out education. Without love for children, there is no real education. Love is a child's urgent psychological need. Establishing a good emotional connection between teachers and children can make children have a positive and happy mood. Children who have just entered the park feel insecure, which is a sense of security to be loved. In her view, the expression of language is important, but more attention is paid to the role of body language. When the children come to the garden in the morning, she will give them a kind hug and let them feel that her love is true. When a child inadvertently wets his pants or defecates on his body and looks at the teacher with frightened eyes, Mr. Zhou will smile and hold his hand to comfort him. "Never mind, the teacher will help you wash it." Some children can't transfer their emotions and cry all day. Teacher Zhou will pick him up and put him on his lap, holding his hand all the time, never leaving. Let the child feel that the teacher will protect him. New children in the park can always adapt to the environment and settle their emotions as quickly as possible in Teacher Zhou's class.

Fourth, respect children and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.

Teacher Zhou not only has solid theoretical knowledge and rich teaching experience in art teaching, but also collects information from various sources to broaden children's horizons in order to cultivate children's artistic accomplishment and aesthetic ability, so that children can feel beauty, appreciate beauty and cultivate them with beauty while enjoying works of art in different artistic forms and styles. Whether it is classroom teaching or organizing art activities, she aims at cultivating children's ability and quality, and strives to make art teaching play a greater role in children's growth and development. In teaching, it is necessary to stimulate and cultivate children's hobbies, combine the reality of each child according to local conditions, and let children choose their favorite themes in the imaginary space. Homework requirements also change with the children's own situation, so that every child has a sense of accomplishment and feels the joy of painting.

Five, hard work, fruitful.

Teacher Zhou also used the opportunity of holding a large-scale art exhibition in kindergarten to build a platform for children to display their works. This exhibition was not only exhibited in the park, but also reported and displayed to the society and parents. Nowadays, the cultural corridor of kindergartens is full of children's exquisite works with a wide range of subjects and rich contents, which fully shows children's unique aesthetic personality and perspective. When the superior leaders inspected the kindergarten work, they spoke highly of the work carefully guided by her. Her children's works won 237 national and provincial awards, of which 4 works were adopted by Children's Art magazine. At the same time, she has won awards such as excellent tutor for 25 times, written more than ten papers and published them in national and provincial academic journals. Teacher Zhou has not only made brilliant achievements in teaching, but also performed well in assisting the kindergarten youth league Committee and trade unions. She not only teaches and educates people, but also is responsible for the propaganda work of kindergartens. In order to promote Zhuzhou Railway Kindergarten, she sacrificed her holiday time to advertise for the kindergarten. The publicity column of the kindergarten, the garden sign of the kindergarten, the sign of the June 1 ST Festival and the background design of the cultural performance are all shining under her planning.
