Second, the exhibition venue

The CCBA Art Museum in Pingtung (hereinafter referred to as the Art Museum) mentioned in this point refers to the public space on the second floor of our institute and the space available for exhibition.

During the exhibition and exhibition

The exhibition time of works shall be within the working hours of our institute (Monday to Friday, 8: 00 am-65438+ 02: 00 pm, 65438+03: 30 pm-65438+07: 30 pm), and the exhibition schedule shall be limited to two months at a time. If the firm agrees, it can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

Four. Exhibition category

The exhibition categories include ink and wash, watercolor, pastel, calligraphy, oil painting, printmaking, integrated media and photographic works.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) exhibitor

All domestic folk art groups, institutions, schools, artistic creations or enthusiasts (hereinafter referred to as applicants) can apply to our institute for participation (the application form is attached). However, the works applied for exhibition should be the applicant's own creations or genuine collections.

Land and application methods

Applicants must fill in the application form for the use of the art museum (see attached table 1) at least 30 days before the scheduled exhibition date, and submit the following materials to our studio for processing.

1. Unorganized individual exhibitions and joint exhibitions of two or more people:

(1) 1 Copy of each participant's ID card.

(2) 16×8 color photos of the works on display (see Annex 2 for the format), with the name and direction written on the back.

Second, the group:

(1) Registration certificate of legal person of consortium or enterprise group 1 copy; Public and private schools, departments and government agencies send documents to applicants, and this information is not necessary.

(2) List of exhibitors 1 copy.

(3) Color photos of each entry 16×8 (see Annex 2 for the format).

Third, the application specification

(1) The number of works or collectibles exhibited in each exhibition shall not be less than 20 (inclusive).

(2) After the applicant is approved by the Exchange, the Exchange will provide the exhibition venue free of charge and arrange the exhibition date.

(3) If the exhibition cannot be held as scheduled after the scheduled exhibition date, a written notice shall be given 30 days before the exhibition date. If the exhibition is cancelled without reason, or the exhibition is not notified or temporarily notified to the Exchange, no application may be filed within 1 year.

Seven, the applicant shall comply with the following matters

I. Site layout and power and responsibility regulations

(1) The applicant is responsible for the planning and layout of the exhibition. Try not to place flower baskets, wreaths and potted plants in the exhibition hall to keep the art corridor and the surrounding environment clean and tidy.

(2) The layout of the exhibition site must be completed the day before the exhibition, and the works will be dismantled and shipped back the next day after the exhibition. If the exhibition is not held within the time limit, the exchange will not be responsible for keeping it. In addition, the exhibition hall must be restored to its original state, the lent items must be returned, and the business undertaker of the firm can only leave after confirmation.

(3) The works can only be exhibited after being mounted, and all related expenses such as packaging, transportation and insurance shall be borne by the applicant.
