Zhang Yongle, also known as Rong Luo, pen name Wuyan (formerly Wuyou), name Wuyanzhai, Sanbutang, born in 1962, is a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association and a scribe of the Henan Province Calligraphers Association. Deputy director of the professional committee, honorary chairman of the Shangqiu Calligraphers Association, member of the Shangqiu Federation of Literary and Art Circles, currently deputy secretary-general of the Shangqiu Municipal People's Government, director of the Shangqiu Municipal People's Government Office in Zhengzhou, and member of the Shangqiu CPPCC. In 1986, he won the second prize in the adult category of the first national TV calligraphy competition hosted by CCTV. In 1987, he won the second prize in the provincial cursive calligraphy exhibition sponsored by the Henan Calligraphy Association. In 1988, he won the first prize in the provincial official calligraphy exhibition hosted by the Henan Calligraphy Association. In 1981, he graduated from the Henan Provincial People's Police School and was assigned to work in the Shangqiu District Public Security Department. In 1985, he was transferred to the Shangqiu Prefectural Committee Office. In 1986, he won the second prize in the adult category of the first national TV calligraphy competition hosted by CCTV. In 1987, he won the second prize in the province's cursive calligraphy exhibition sponsored by the Henan Calligraphy Association. In 1988, he won the second prize in the province's official calligraphy exhibition hosted by the Henan Calligraphy Association. In 1989, he won the first prize in the province's seal script exhibition hosted by the Henan Calligraphy Association. In 1995, he was selected and nominated by the Chinese Calligraphy Association to host the 6th National Exhibition of Young and Middle-aged Calligraphers and Seal Engravers. In 1998, he served as deputy secretary of the Communist Party of China Liangyuan District Committee in Shangqiu City. In 2000, he served as deputy director of the Shangqiu Municipal Restructuring Committee and changed his nickname from "Wuyou" to "Wuyan". In 2000, he was selected to participate in the 8th National Exhibition of Young and Middle-aged Calligraphers and Seal Engravers hosted by the China Calligraphy Association. In 2001, it was selected into the Olympic Bidding Works of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Masters and the Luzhou and Wenzhou Laojiao Wine Culture Exhibition, and was collected by Xiao Luzhou Laojiao Winery.
