Peng Wei, alias Yulong Mountain. Born in Lijiang City, 1938, graduated from Yunnan Normal University as a professor. He is currently the director of China Calligraphers Association (International), the executive director of China Calligraphers Association, the researcher of China Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, the senior calligrapher, the member of Shandong Calligraphers Association, the member of Jinan Calligraphers Association, the academic member of the Art Committee of China Chinese and foreign celebrity culture research society, the researcher of the Painting and Calligraphy Department of Hong Kong Oriental Cultural Center, the honorary president of China Famous Calligraphy and Painting Institute, and the vice president of China New Century Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute.
