Gas coal: a kind of coking coal with medium to low caking property. Mainly used for coal blending and coking. Gas coal coke is easy to push coke, and the gas yield and additional rate of coking products are high. The disadvantage is that there are many longitudinal lines, which are slender and fragile. Single tamping coking with gas coal can be used in chemical industry. Lean coal: mixed with coking coal, its performance is similar to coking coal. Lean coal coke is large and has few cracks, but its fusibility and wear resistance are poor. In addition to coking coal blending, it can also be used for power coal such as gasification and power generation. Fat coal: a kind of coking coal. The coke made of fat coal has many transverse cracks and many bee coke at the root, which is fragile. Fat coal has a strong cohesive force, which can be blended with coal with weak cohesive force to make high-quality coking coal, so it is called the mother of coking coal blending. Coking coal: the main coking coal in coking coal, with moderate metamorphism and the best coking and caking properties. Coke, tar and coke oven gas can be obtained from coking coal. Coke can be used not only for refining in Taiwan Province, but also for making gas and calcium carbide. Tar and coke oven gas can be used as fuels, and dozens of chemical products can be refined.
